I have spoken to the host assigned to your experience. She let me know that she tried to reach you multiple times via email and over the phone prior to your experience, however the phone number provided with your booking was incorrect and she didn't receive a reply to the emails either.
She presented herself at the meeting place you requested (your hotel) at the time you selected at time of booking. However, you were not at the hotel at the time of the meeting.
The hotel called back the host later during the day and connected her when you arrived. The host gave her availability for later in the day or next day, but you said you'd prefer to cancel.
