They took me $551 But they don’t let me go. I am so upset They give me a Wrong address. And I called him again. I go over there. 30 minute late. They don’t let me go no refund. And I tell them can I go tomorrow or Monday they say no

We did not give you the wrong address. The address is listed in numerous places. You also showed up an hour late. Then you proceeded to cuss out and harass our employee. This is a business and we have procedures. No refunds within 24 hours, it is clearly stated on our listing and a standard policy in the tourism industry. Perhaps we would have shown you grace if you did not cuss out and harass our employee by calling her more than 13 times in an hour.

While it was a pleasant little boat tour, it certainly wasn't the experience it was hyped up to be in the description or anything like what is in the photographs. The tour was over $300.00 Canadian for myself and my spouse which was way over priced in my opinion. Don't waste your money.

The captain was great, the website needs to be more descriptive, how long takes to to get to the island, what's permissible to bring on boat. Also, lengthen the trip to provide more time at the beach.

Captain John was great! He knows a lot about the local ecology and has enough dad jokes for all. We saw manatees, dolphins, alligators, and a ton of birds.

My husband and I had a very nice time on this small boat tour with Captain John and one other couple. It was the perfect amount of time on boat and then on island to shell. Relaxing and not rushed. Highly recommend. K & J (10 year snowbirds from Cleveland OH)

Seeing so many jumping dolphins during one trip was incredible!!! And Wes was amazing captain! His ability to find the pods of dolphins and get them to jump and follow us was amazing! We also saw a manatee and alligators, but the dolphins were clearly the highlight of the tour!!!

Captain Brian did a great job. Saw lots of gators and birds. Then he even had dolphins playing in the waves of the boat! Very special! Said they spot dolphins on about 2/3 of tours. We had about 30 min of great beach time with lots of shells. Then saw a mama and calf manatee hanging out. I liked the small group feel, we got to get off the boat vs the large boat that just drives by. Highly recommend.

Disappointing Outing

Every year we take guests out to see and learn about our amazing ecology here in SW Florida. Being this was a rather expensive trip compared to the others we expected the best. We were all greatly disappointed…. on every level. There was very little time spent and information given on wildlife and ecology. It was supposed to be a shelling trip and there weren’t any shells other than ground up and bleached out. Save your money on this one.

Good morning, We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your tour. Our captains are trained to provide an informative and educational adventure and it sounds like they fell short. We greatly apologize for this as we aim for a tour filled with fun facts! As for the shells, this is something we cannot control and that is why we leave it out of the name as to place less importance on this small part of the tour. The manatees, dolphins, alligators and 10,000 Islands are the focus of this experience and we hope you enjoyed seeing them. Again, we apologize for any disappointment as we aim to provide a fun Everglades adventure.

Saw about 12 manatees, 2 alligators, 3 dolphins and found lots of shells as advertised. Guide was knowledgeable and helpful.
