A fantastic morning adventure for tourists!

Hannah was a wonderful guide, very enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and very invested in caring for local plants and animals. Although she tried her best to give us a manatee-viewing experience, they were elusive the day we went. But we still had a great morning! Equipment was all clean and in good condition.

Great trip. Definitely recommend it. Lot's of fun.

Great adventure for a family. We loved going through the mangrove tunnels and seeing a dolphin and lots of birds. Our guide Hannah was great, very knowledgeable and taught us about the local plants and animals.

A windy trip with a great guide

Our guided kayak tour with Mike was a blast. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and the wildlife. We booked the clear kayaks hoping to see some marine life, but due to the windy weather the waves were a bit choppy and the water difficult to see through. If possible I recommend going on a clear calm day. The mangrove tunnels were incredible and the shelling beach was peaceful. If I ever find myself in the area, I would rent kayaks hereal again!

I enjoyed the kayaking, for the most part, but we got the clear kayak, and it was very flat bottomed, so not hydrodynamic as a regular kayak. Plus, we didn’t see anything of interest through the boat. Because of this, combined with the fact we are not avid kayakers, it was hard to keep pace with the group and had to work hard to do so. Consequently, it was very tiring. *Maybe this should be mentioned on the site so people can select their kayak wisely. . Also, some of the sections were very narrow and hard to maneuver through the mangroves, but it was an adventure! We were disappointed that we didn’t see any manatees, or dolphins, but I can’t fault anyone for that! I really enjoyed the guide’s educational tidbits regarding the ecology of the mangroves, and also birds and shells when we stopped for a break at a nice beach. 🐚

We were so excited to see a dolphin! Our guide Hannah was super knowlegeable! Imortant to note there are no facilities near by, so use the restroom before you arrive at the meeting spot!

Guided tour with Cameron

Cameron was our guide and made all the difference in the world. He explained the eco system of the mangroves. Gathered shells and explained all the differences and how these little sea creatures interact. Pointed out a variety of different birds and how they hunt and nest. The kayaking was easy going except in one open water way that was only a little challenging. Would highly recommend this tour and ask for Cameron as your guide.

Our two hour kayak excursion was wonderful. We saw dolphins, a fleeting glimpse of a manatee, and did some shelling on a small uninhabited island - many cool conch shells. We also paddled through mangrove tunnels; very cool experience. Our guide was very friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. Well worth it.

Amazing….our tour guide Kam was awesome! So knowledgeable and great at telling a story! The things we learned about shells was so interesting. I’m Not a Shelley, but Kams knowledge had me picking up shells by the end of our vacation!

Hannah was a wonderful guide! My 72 year old mother and I enjoyed every minute of this tour. Hannah was flexible with our time, giving us a bit more time on the beach collecting shells and tailoring the rest of the tour accordingly. (For which we were so grateful!) She was also amazingly knowledgeable about the local ecosystem. Best of all, she was fun to spend time with. We highly recommend this tour!
