Over the past six years on Viator, we have strived to maintain a reputation for providing exceptional sightseeing experiences to our guests. It's disheartening to receive your review expressing dissatisfaction with the tour's focus on visits to stores rather than sightseeing.
We would like to address your concerns and shed light on a pattern we've observed in recent review.
Upon reviewing your review, we note a distinctive pattern in the photos you uploaded, emphasizing the vehicle, driver, guide, and store. This pattern suggests a deliberate attempt to capture specific elements that could be used later to influence perceptions negatively. Additionally, the fact that photos were taken during your visit to the store raises questions about the intention behind them.
We understand that our guests should never feel pressured during the tour, and we emphasize that visits to stores are presented as optional choices. However, we also acknowledge that cultural differences and language barriers may contribute to misunderstandings.
Also, I (Ankush) was in constant touch with you via WhatsApp and even after the tour we spoke on the phone and when I asked about your expereince you did not mentioned anything regarding this.
As an Indian citizen familiar with the culture and language, we believe you had the ability to decline the visit to the store if it was not aligned with your preferences. We will take this matter seriously and we will take necessary action against your accusations.
We encourage fair competition in the industry and hope that all businesses adhere to ethical standards. Our commitment to business ethics is unwavering, and we believe that genuine customer experiences should be the cornerstone of any review.
