Skit. Vi köpte ett 3-dagars NYC sightseeingpass för 4 personer för 1200 USD +. Använde den till en sak första dagen. Den andra dagen gick alla pass ut i Viator-appen. Vi kunde inte komma åt några sevärdheter under en del av dagen utan att betala vid attraktionerna. När vi berättade för en av personerna på Intrepid-museet gick de ut ur deras sätt att ta reda på hur de skulle få passet genom webbplatsen. Men vid det här stadiet hade det redan kostat oss mycket extra. Mycket dålig form Viator. Från och med nu kommer vi att boka direkt och inte via den här tvivelaktiga organisationen.

Jag ringde Sightseeing pass för att boka min inkluderade shuttle från flygplatsen. Damen informerade mig om att jag inte kan boka i förväg och måste ringa från flygplatsen, vilket jag trodde inte var normalt med skyttlar, eftersom jag skulle behöva vänta extra tid på att de skulle komma. Hon sa till mig att det skulle bli 15 - 30 minuters väntan, vilket jag tyckte var bra då. När jag ringde senare vid ankomsten, försökte de debitera mig $ 40 för shuttle. Efter att ha berättat för dem att detta ingick, sa de till mig att jag var tvungen att boka i förväg och inte vid ankomsten, vilket är anledningen till att de försöker debitera mig. När jag förklarade vad den första personen sa, sa de sedan att de kan försöka reservera någon för en timmes väntan och kommer att prioritera alla andra som bokat i förväg, vilket inte var vad jag fick veta. Han förlöjligade mig sedan och sa att jag inte skulle köpa en biljett om jag inte vet hur det fungerar (när jag tydligt följde stegen). Jag förklarade att den ursprungliga personen lovade upp till 30 minuter. De sa då att de kommer att få en om 30 minuter åt mig. När jag trodde att detta var över, informerade de mig om att 5-dagarskortet jag köpte bara var aktivt i 1 dag. Jag betalade 439 dollar, så det var uppenbarligen inte fallet, och det stod 5 dagar på biljetten. De sa att det kommer att ta 1 dag och att de inte kan hjälpa mig, och att kontakta Viator, där jag köpte den från. Till slut tog det 30 minuter på telefonen bara för att organisera en skyttel. Efter att ha väntat en timme och skytteln fortfarande inte har anlänt, eller kontaktat mig vid ankomsten som utlovat, ringde jag och de sa att skytteln bara drog in i terminalen (jag vet inte hur de kunde veta detta direkt utan att kontakta föraren ) . Ytterligare 30 minuter och han hade fortfarande inte kommit. Sedan väntar ytterligare 45 minuter på att han ska gå. Vid ankomsten tog det nästan 3 timmar från jag ringde för att komma till boendet. Istället för 1 timme med tåg. Detta innebar nu att jag inte kommer att kunna använda passet ordentligt efter så många onödiga förseningar och stress. Jag fick också reda på att det inte finns något sådant som "snabbpass" som de hävdade, och ingen försäljare på attraktionerna accepterade Sightseeing Pass för Express-köerna. En fullständig katastrof och skulle undvika att köpa från dessa människor till varje pris!

I booked for me and my wife and was charged $ 285 for one day trip . I was not informed how and when and where to take the bus . Called and tried to find some help and wasted about two hours calling your company and the sight seeing company . I was advised to go 42nd street port authority terminal to redeem my tickets in order to be allowed to board the bus . I used only the Red Line Bus. Thank you Abdulwahed Alsayyah

Quite ok for the money invested. In general it worked quite well. Need to plan properly and to be in time for highlights. Except for the cruise, it was waste of time, they did not follow their itinerary, supposed to go near Brooklyn bridge, but skipped that part and went directly to Liberty, with no excuse.

The pass was great with the exception of the gray line on off buses and boats.Will save you money at the attractions if you have a plan and pack your trip with attractions. Beware of buying through third party sites as you need to go to the actual store to exchange for physical cards. Also the app will not store your tickets unless you buy directly from the site or store. They will match the 3rd party sites. It was sad because we couldn’t use the tickets scanned and had to walk about two miles to exchange for real ticket cards. Once at the attractions ask where you should stand in the general line -to get actual tickets from the attraction, like one world tower- other attractions like the met you go to the advanced ticket line not the general line - can save you time if you know where to line up. If I could have done it again, I would have bought directly from sightseeing pass online so the tickets would be on my phone.

I can’t recommend the sightseeing pass enough. If you are visiting for the first time like us and want to pack as much in as possible you will save A LOT of money. There were also some attractions we wouldn’t have known about if we hadn’t bought the pass - eg Intrepid museum. Our teenage boys loved it. I simply printed the passes with the barcode and laminated before our trip. It was very simple to use. Some attractions you have to visit and buy a timed ticket to come back but that would be the case even without the pass. Eg Top if the Rock -we just returned the next morning and walked straight in without a queue. Really great pass - definitely worth the money.(We had the three day pass)

My son and I were visiting from Argentina and were extremely pleased with the Passes. Not only were we able to get a wonderful experience on a double Decker bus, but we also could pick which attractions we wanted to do from the many offers that the pass has. I would recommend this pass to anyone!!

I can give this company -1 or 0. We purchase 3 days pass and we are very disappointed! They are so rude and they don't have a good flow on how to treat the customer right. It's such a waste of money and time. We advise Don't try this sightseeing pass it's very useless. You still have to line up to ALL the attractions and go to their ticketing office to exchange bus ticket etc. such a waste of time. Plus they are awful and racist peeps.

We've just come back after 4 days in the big apple.We purchased these passes after researching all the others on offer .We would recommend them to anybody,they were money well spent ! This is a really good way to see New York in couple of days. Only negative thing was that the second day the Brooklyn loop wasn't active and Grey Line had not informed clearly enough of this, so we missed our Brooklyn loop tour.

Having purchased 4 tickets to visit all the attractions we wanted to in New York we found that the pass we printed online did not work and the local sightseeing pass was unwilling to help. They made us walk to the main office in New York to sort out ourselves. They then gave us 4 new ticket which worked in the attractions but would then not let us on any hop on buses. How frustrating when you have on a short time to see all the attractions and have to end up catching the subway!!!!

Not worth the money. Even with this pass, you still need to wait in line to obtain tickets for most attractions....extremely confusing and frustrating, being turned around at numerous lines. Even with the hop-on, hop-off bus.

Unfortunately we booked for only one day. It snowed the day we had the hop on hop off bus and there was too much snow to see the Statue of Liberty and to go to the Empire State Building. Very disappointed! We got to the 911 Museum and the line was awful plus the snow and ice in the waiting area. We missed the things we really wanted to see. We were under the impression all we had to do was show the pass you sent us to get on the bus. Not so, we had to go to their office to get a pass to get on the bus. With the weather like it was that was a chore. Thank goodness it was not far from the hotel or we would have been in trouble and would not have been able to get on the bus. Unhappy we did not get to see the things we wanted to and that is why we purchased the pass in advance. We will know better next time.
