Vi är från USA och turnerade i vinlandet med Chris, vår reseguide och andra kanadensare. Vi hade absolut en underbar tid. Chris höll turnén livlig och är också väl bevandrad i viner. De andra vingårdarna och deras experter var också lärorika! Jag visste aldrig exakt hur isvin gjordes och nu gör jag det. Min fru och jag tyckte mycket om denna resa. Du måste göra detta! ! ! !

My husband and I had a wonderful time on our wine tour. Our driver Rick was a gracious host and a wonderful man. He was very knowledgeable about the area. We’re definitely looking forward to doing it again

Wouk’s definitely do this tour again because there are so many other wineries to visit but with another tour guide.

Our experience started at Konzelmann Winery which was absolutely amazing! Donna , our sommelier, was very engaging and fun to listen to plus the wines were very good! Our second winery stop was Lakeview Cellars. The staff was not very engaging and basically just served us a flight of wine samples with little to no explanation of them. We then went to lunch at Bricks and Brew. Lunch was good but could have been shorter to enjoy more time at the wineries. Our last stop was at Between the Lines Winery. Tracy was very friendly. Our tour guide, Chris came across very condescending and belligerent at times. We were chastised for looking at our phones. Our coats were put on the floor from the seat we laid them on. Although he was sarcastic at times, he did provide some good information and was knowledgeable about the region.

We liked the tour, especially the first stop. That private vinery was wonderful. The gentlemen know what is doing. The win was delicious. The only thing is that we would love to visit an installation, where the wine is made, who it is working etc.

We had Mitch as our tour guide and he was amazing!! Very knowledgeable about the area, giving us lots of bonus info. A fantastic photographer, capturing some very cute moments for my sister and I. All the wineries we went to were good and had very knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend this tour!

Gerry was a great tour guide. Loved the scenery and spent ample time on each winery we visited. Despite the cloudy weather we enjoyed every winery visit and wine tasting. The lunch prepared was a perfect intermission between the winery tours. My friend and I had a great time. Cheers!

We had Jerry and he was great! Went above and beyond to fulfill all our needs. Luckily I saw a previous review that shared we do not actually visit Niagara on the lake, so I was able to change my expectations. Would be nice if this tour was renamed as to not be deceiving. Lunch was amazing, but not a picnic lunch, it’s at a beautiful restaurant in Niagara Falls.

The countryside and the wine were lovely. However, our tour guide was not ideal. He talked over the employee trying to give the tasting at the first winery, pushed the wine at the second winery (where he was friends with the owners) and said we wouldn’t want to buy anything from the third winery, though he later admitted he had never actually tasted their wines (several of us ended up buying bottles there- it was quite good). Guests should be allowed to enjoy the wine and form their own opinions.

Disappointing- Tour Name Misleading

Jerry, our tour guide was excellent! It was the tour that was misleading. We thought that we would get to see some of Niagara on the Lake; however, we didn't. The name of the tour is misleading. The "picnic lunch" was being dropped off at a restaurant to eat where after preordering the day prior, we had to reorder and wait for our lunch and I also had to give the waitress my food allergies again. I had already made them known when booking the tour and then again 24 hours prior. The food was not that great- burgers were extremely dry. The 2nd winery was great though. Jerry, the tour guide was the best part of it! Just very disappointed that we didn't get to see Niagara on the Lake since that's why we booked the tour in the first place.

Chris was an excellent tour guide! Personable, intelligent, and went above and beyond. Not only did we learn a lot on the wine tour and enjoyed ourselves, but Chris also stopped at side stores and tourist spots because we were the only 2 on the tour for the day! Highly recommend!!

We gad a great time, the driver/tour guide (Adrienne) was amazing and so much fun. We went to Lakeview winery first and that was great and very informative but it was by for the best of the other wineries we visited that day so we weren't as impressed with the others. Still all in all a great girls trip!

Nice tour but needs better wineries

It was great to get out to see Niagara Falls and our driver, Mitch, was very nice, really showed us around the area. Most of the wineries were just mediocre though. Between the Lines and Riverview were good, but the other two were just meh. We didn’t get to have a picnic lunch, instead we went to restaurant back in Niagara Falls. The food was good and the wine there was better than the wineries we went to. Another downside is that we didn’t get to spend time in Niagara-On-The-Lake, which is a different town/area. The driver felt that was a big part missing from it itinerary so he did take the time to drive us through there. All in all it was a good day though.

This was the worst tour I have ever been on. I asked for a refund. The bus overheated, we told our driver multiple times he needed to get a new bus but he just responded w welcome to the sauna. The group was literally dripping sweat, it was 31 degrees outside and that was much cooler than in the bus. He would start driving while people were not seated. Finally before our last stop my girlfriend and I rushed off the bus because we Were going to faint. It was them 5 hours into our tour our driver took us seriously and got a new bus. Also note the ac was working in the front so he was fine. Not only was it not safe because of The heat and alcohol involved it was not worth the money, many people on the tour didn’t even taste the wine because they just wanted water. Do not waste your money.

The tour guide Mitch was great and very knowledgeable. The thing that I didn't like about the tour was done if the winery rushed and were not friendly. Also, the picnic should have been on the lake or in a winery. Eating in the shuttles point of business in the parking lot made me feel like I was eating on the side of a road.

Our tour of Niagara-on-the-Lake Small Group..started out with a wonderful surprise..our guide was not only native to the area, he was also a owner of “400 vines” and bottled his own wine for enjoyment!! So of course our guide was not only knowledgeable about wines and what was grown there..he was “Friends” with the wineries we visited..we had such an enjoyable time..Personal attention, full of knowledge and with a wonderful sense of humor..Absolutely made our tour unique and special..Thank You….Just a side note..we would have loved the “Picnic Lunch” outside under some of the beautiful winery venues instead of a pizzeria in town..

Our tour guide, Rick, was terrific! He was very sociable and helpful. He was also knowledgeable about wines and wine making. Debbie, in the office, was very helpful to make sure our 2 friends who booked separately was on the same tour as us. The tour started and ended on time. Lunch was good and ready when we arrived at the stop. The minibus was brand new and very nice. Some of the wineries we went to were meh but the day in its entirety was great! We did this tour last year, did it this year and will be back next year! Last year we went to Legends winery and we were hoping to go back there. It was our favourite but it wasn’t on the trip this year.
