Absolut värt biljettpriset! Hela området är så vackert - precis som annonserat. Vår guide, Josh, var kunnig och vänlig. Great tour but false advertisement

Don’t take me wrong from my two-star rating, it is an entertaining and relaxing tour, and we enjoyed it. Our guide Emma was amazing, communicated well before and after the tour, tried very hard to point all the animals to us during the tour and took a lot of great pictures for us. The reason of the two-star? The only reason we purchased the tour, the only, not one of, is to see the manatees. The tour company knows it and that it why they use three pictures with manatees on it out of five pictures they use for the tour webpage. However, there is basically zero possibility you will see manatees in late April and throughout the summer and early fall. I consider this is a false advertisement, we paid $255 for three people and drove an hour to get there, which is totally a waste.

Hello, I’m sorry that your expectations for the tour were not met. I would not consider photos of manatees in our listing of this particular tour to be “false advertising”. The manatees that we see on the Silver River are wild animals and they go where they please. It is much more likely to see them in the winter months which we very explicitly state all over our website. It is still possible to spot them in the summer months since we do have 5-10 manatees that call the river home year round. But as I stated before, they are wild animals and we cannot control where they go. We are pleased to hear that Emma and our company did everything in our ability to give the absolute best tour possible. Again, I apologize that your expectations were not met and would suggest returning for a manatee tour in the winter months (November - March) for the best chance at seeing wild manatees in their natural habitat once more of them migrate into the Silver River.
Really worth doing, you won’t regret it!

Very well organised and the guides we had were very friendly and made the experience really enjoyable for us and even took some amazing photos for us and sent them to us at the end which we are grateful for as they are amazing and better than we would ever have taken! Was truly an amazing experience and so relaxing. At some points we just sat back and enjoyed the tranquil surroundings and took in the beautiful scenery. The girls made sure we saw as much wildlife as we could and were always on the lookout at what they could point out to us. They were disappointed they couldn’t show us monkeys or manatees but that couldn’t be helped and seeing the alligators and turtles within inches of us made up for that! They were lovely, sorry ladies we don’t remember your names but our guide was just completing her training, you did an amazing job and it was truly the highlight of our trip. We will definitely be back, thanks again Nia and Ben Wales 21st April 2024

We had an excellent time! Our guide Tania was very accommodating and had a vast amount of knowledge. We saw a wide array of animals including manatees which was exciting as we arrived off season. We would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone!

We had a fantastic time. Our guide Tania was great. She went above and beyond to show us the local wildlife, including a mother Manatee and her calf, various birds and 2 alligators, turtles and fish. She also took photos of our group. She was very knowledgeable giving us plenty of information and ensuring we did not disturb the wildlife. It was the best day of our holiday. Would recommend highly. Outstanding kayak tour with Josh! He is super knowledgeable about Silver Springs & the wildlife. Very easy paddling the double clear kayaks. Saw manatee, turtles, alligators, monkeys & birds! We enjoyed every minute on this tour & would highly recommend it!

Hello! We have very specific directions as to where and how to locate our meeting point before our tours. There is a kayaking area of the state park where multiple vendors operate from. I have a screenshot on my phone attempting to call you at 12:08pm for your tour at 12:30pm and everyone else on your tour made it to the location without an issue. Everyone else was able to find our meet up spot and enjoyed their time on the water. There's only so much we can do to contact our guests since this was a fully booked tour and I did not receive any missed calls. I'm sorry that you made the drive out to us but were unable to find us within the park. I wish things could have worked out differently for your experience. As you can see from all of our other reviews, we are not a scam and are a legitimate business. This is the first time that we've ever had a situation like this happen.

This tour was great and the only reason I rated a four was it was advertised as kayaking with the manatees. We didn’t find out that the manatees were already gone from the area until after we arrived. That was our only disappointment. Silver Springs is beautiful and highly recommend if you have time. Our tour guide Tania was excellent and very knowledgeable about the spring and all the wildlife. It was a very relaxing day and my family enjoyed it.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review! We wish that there was a way to have manatees appear on every tour, but that's part of the magic with encountering these incredible and wild animals. We market our tours as a "Wildlife Adventure" and do our best to have our guides visit the spots along the river with the greatest chances to spot a variety of wildlife. Manatees in particular will migrate back out to the ocean and away from our areas once it starts getting warmer outside. Winter time is the best time to ensure the highest chance of spotting them in the wild. We would recommend visiting in January or February to have the best chance at seeing them in their natural habitat. The colder it is outside, the better your chances are!

Beautiful clear water, manatees, and alligators. Kayaks were very clear so you can take pics through the kayak. Very fun experience, however part of the river was closed because of construction of a new bridge so it took away some of the experience. Westher was perfect. Not too hot. Not too cold. Highly recommend. Our guide, Tania, was awedome!

We have no influence in the decisions they make and we try to do our best to adapt to any/all situations.
