So here is what actually happened.
Our software tracks all tickets sent out. You received and opened yours at 9/29 11:23am. You booked your ticket for 9/30. You were unhappy when told that your DATE SPECIFIC ticket could not be moved later than 9/30 as this was a September promotion only. You called us at 3:45pm on 9/30 to say you were on your way! We informed you that Kennedy Space Center closed at 5pm. This is when the talk of not receiving your tickets occurred, despite you confirming on the call (recorded) that you had in fact received them the day before.
Naturally your next course of action was to plaster bad reviews all over on multiple sites and the obligatory credit card charge back, which we will fight.
