Jag såldes ett turnédatum som faktiskt var efter det datum då båtturen stängde för säsongen. Jag kontaktade båtföretaget om återbetalning men fick inget svar. Jag var tvungen att kontakta Viator två gånger för att försöka få en återbetalning. Första gången sa de att de skulle maila mig ett svar men det hände aldrig. Andra gången en Viator-personal löste problemet inom en timme och utfärdade en full återbetalning.

Den mest minnesvärda delen av resan var att man saknade båten på grund av att man inte kunde hitta båten, att man inte kunde navigera i byggandet i en obekant stad. ATT INTE HA EN PERSON SVAR PÅ TELEFONEN NÄR HJÄLP BEGÖDS, blev jag dirigerad till staterna. . . Jag är i Ottawa, Kanada. Adressen var inte tillgänglig med bil och Google omdirigerade oss till gator som inte fanns så UPPDATERA din Google Maps-information. . . en förlust av en upplevelse man sett fram emot. . . Mycket upprörande

Vår kryssning på Ottawafloden.

Vi njöt av kommentaren och den unga damen som pekade ut alla viktiga byggnader när vi flyttade nedför floden från kajen. Mycket trevlig och avkopplande upplevelse. Personalen var också mycket hjälpsam när vi gick ombord och lämnade fartyget eftersom min flickvän använder en rollator och jag går med en käpp.

Ottawa måste göra!

Besättningen var mycket tillmötesgående och båten var mycket ren och väl underhållen. Damen som gav turnéns berättarröst (jag glömde hennes namn!) var rolig och kunnig. Hon följde upp rundturen genom att besöka så många gäster som möjligt för att säkerställa att hon kunde svara på ytterligare frågor. Ottawa är en vacker stad med fantastisk arkitektur och denna turné är ett bra sätt att få en överblick över staden från Ottawafloden.

Det finns inget sätt för besättningen att veta vem som kommer i den föredragna raden när deras biljetter har kontrollerats och personer som inte betalat extra går i föredragen kö. Hull, Quebec är lastat före Ontario så de får de bästa platserna på övervåningen plus att de släpps av 1 gata och det tar tid från din kryssning. Inte imponerad men besättningen är fantastisk.

Trevlig kryssning

Det var en vacker flodkryssning genom att se många viktiga byggnader. Reseledaren förklarar bra och båten är fin och ren. Vill bara varna folk att det inte finns några tecken på dockningsområde för att ta kryssningen. Vi sprang upp och ner två gånger för att komma till lastningsplatsen. Hoppas bara att de sätter upp en skylt lika tydlig som kanalkryssningen.

Expensive and cold

Lots of steps and bad ground to get to the dock. Dual English / French commentary. Good guide till she asked for tips. Cold! Take a jumper in September. 11/2 hour tour was 50 mins then moored up across the river for 15 then 10 back to the start. Not good! Runs Parallel to the hop on hop off bus for most of its route but a different view.

I took my daughter, Lily on the river cruise, for her 16th. We'd done the canal cruise last year. Also very good. . She/we really enjoyed it and the host, Elione (?), cannot remember her name!! She was fantastic, very knowledgeable. She's probably done the cruise a million times. I would definitely recommend doing both.
