Det är bara ok. Det finns förinspelad information som går genom högtalare på flera språk, men den är ofta inte väl tidsinställd. Den spelar också så ofta att folk ignorerar den och skriker över den på varandra vilket gör det svårare att lyssna på infon. Några monument har en fantastisk utsikt som Eiffeltornet men många är inte fantastiska vyer. Sammantaget tycker jag att det är värt ett 3-stjärnigt betyg - genomsnittligt. Inget fel med det, egentligen. Jag skulle bara inte rekommendera det. Jag skulle inte heller kritisera någon om de valde att göra det.

Bra utsikt över Eiffeltornet (väl tajmad för ljus/skimrande högst upp i timmen) och andra monument; Anständiga sittplatser på övervåningen på båten;

Vi njöt verkligen av vår båttur på Seine. Älskade särskilt att se Musee d'Orsay och Eiffeltornet från båten. Det var en avkopplande resa och vi kunde höra kommentarerna tydligt när vi satt inne.

Utsikten var riktigt bra. Varning, uppställningen är enorm så kom dit tidigt. Många människor försöker skära av linjerna framför dig.

Detta var en bra flodtur. Fick se några höjdpunkter. Det uppstod ett problem med högtalarna på båtens översta nivå och vi var tvungna att flytta till en lägre nivå för att höra beskrivningarna. Eftersom de översattes till flera språk fick du inte mycket av en beskrivning av webbplatserna. Gör en sådan här rundtur i början av ditt besök så att du kan identifiera webbplatser du vill besöka.

Turnén var ganska naturskön och vi njöt av att vara vid floden Seine. De hade toppen av båten stängd utan anledning, vädret var fint så vi var besvikna över att vi inte kunde sitta på toppen.

Slöseri med pengar! ! ! Du kan inte höra meddelandena - alldeles för många språk. Alla sprang överallt för att ta bilder. Ärligt talat bara gå längs floden för en bättre rundtur. Ge folk hörlurar att höra! !

Mycket enkel resa, trevlig segling men inget ljud hörs så du vet inte riktigt vad du tittar på.

Det är en stor båt, inget speciellt, du kliver på, sitter och seglar. Nej välkommen, du hör ingenting. Turnén är vacker men du är inte säker på vad du tittar på.

Detta var vår första resa till Paris och vi tog kryssningen för att få en bättre känsla av var sakerna fanns och för att se staden från ett annat perspektiv. Landskapet var vackert! Vi satt på översta nivån så ljudet var svårare att höra men vi var OK med det. Vi hade det bra.

I booked the Seine River tour through Viator for April 6. When I approach the dock, they tell me that they did not offer the tour that day (something they never told me by email or phone in advance). I contacted the supplier for a full refund for the activity and to date no one has contacted me. I feel really ripped off!

As you quite rightly said, the level of the Seine rose rapidly at the beginning of April: 2 metres in a few hours and the level reached prevented our boats from sailing as all the boats on the Seine river. This is a purely technical issue: if the level of the Seine rises too much, the boats no longer have the space they need to pass under the many bridges in Paris. The Compagnie des Bateaux Mouches apologises for this situation, which is beyond its control. Our teams were immediately mobilised so that all the customers were informed and could either modify their programme or request a refund from the distributor where they had bought their ticket or dinner-cruise seat. If you would like to discuss this further, please contact our reservations department, who will answer your questions and help you find the best solution. I booked non refundable tickets and when I arrived I was told there were no boats leaving that day. I tried messaging Viator for a refund and no response. Yet, they send me a review form.

Although price was reasonable and boat left on time, we found they had closed upstairs seating, which wasn't good. Comentary was not great and and started late. I think they should forget the use of port and starboard and use 'on your left or right'..
Basic Seine River Cruise

The cruise is pleasant enough with a few caveats. Last minute, after the boat had loaded everyone, we were all asked to get off the boat and get on a different boat. An explanation wasn't offered and the second boat didn't provide any main-level outdoor seating (only indoor). This was unfortunate, considering the upper level seating was closed off due to the height of the river (recently flooded so not enough clearance under the bridges). With the exception of toilets, there were no services on board (food, beverages, souvenirs, etc.) Sights along the way were pointed out in several languages and depending on where one stood on the boat determined whether or not the announcements could be heard. Despite these issues, it was a beautiful day and we were already familiar with some of the landmarks so we enjoyed the 1 hr + ride.

I have been in other boats that you can sit on the top and it allows to see the city. This boat had the top closed off and all you could see was the Seawall. I suggest you find another company. We were very disappointed.

Dear Sir or Madam, thank you for telling us about your disappointment, we are sorry that the experience did not live up to your expectations. The upper deck has been closed to the public for the last few days, but this is due only to the rising level of the Seine. When the river rises, the boats pass very close to the bridges and anyone on the upper deck would be subject to serious injury. It is therefore for safety reasons, and for reasons beyond our control, that the upper deck was not opened to you on the day of your visit, a procedure adopted by all river companies operating on the Seine (or at least all those offering an upper deck). In the hope that you will be able to enjoy a trip in better weather conditions in the future, I wish you, Madam, Sir, a pleasant day. Yours faithfully

A little snafu at check in (our names weren’t on the roster and the young woman giving out “boarding passes” kept giving us suspicious looks although I presented her booking and confirmation numbers). Servers were super friendly and attentive, the musicians were wonderful and the food was also very good. And of course, I now believe that seeing the Eiffel Tower at night is one of the best ways to truly see it. Overall, a 10/10 experience for me and my family (including my 5yo granddaughter).
