    Fantastisk upplevelse! Vacker båt. Personalen var verkligen vänlig och hjälpsam. Levande musik var bra, de hade en bred repertoar. Dj - set var också bra men ganska kort. Maten var också mycket bra. Skulle göra det igen utan tvekan!

    Jag blev chockad när båten kom. Personalen var mycket vänlig och hjälpsam. Den levande musiken var fantastisk, maten var utsökt. Skulle göra det igen utan tvekan! 😀

    Underbar tid! Verkade lite långsam att starta upp för att få allt organiserat och drinkar att starta - men ärligt talat förändrade inte upplevelsen alls! Musiken var bra, maten var fantastisk, servicen var riktigt bra och personalen var väldigt vänlig. Avslutade kvällen med DJ och dans! Vi kunde inte ens gå på den normala rutten på grund av översvämningarna, så färre bilder men ändå en fantastisk tid och de bjöd på en gratis drink för att kompensera för ruttens förändring. Upphämtningsstället måste också ändras och de ringde för att bekräfta att jag till och med hade sett mejlet! Så bra service. Skulle göra detta igen!

    Bra upplevelse att avsluta vår vistelse i Paris. Det var min fästmans 50-årsdag. Jag visste inte att jag kunde ha meddelat besättningen så att han skulle ha fått fyrverkeriet på en tårta. Sammantaget var maten anständig, sångare var dynamiska, platserna var trevliga. Det regniga vädret fick oss att ändra kursen, men kommunikationen från försäljaren var perfekt. De ringde till och med mig för att se till att jag såg meddelandet med den ändrade platsen. Som en artighet för bytet fick vi en flaska champagne. Vi kommer att göra detta igen när vi är tillbaka i Paris.

    Kryssningen ställdes in. Inte informerad. Anlände till kajen en halvtimme före utsatt tid. Ingen båt där, ingen från Cruse company.

    Dear customer, Your review is unfortunately quite inappropriate. Please acknowledge that even though during the last month we have had some operational issues which have obliged to sometimes change the boat or the boarding spot, the cruises and the activities have been all maintained. And in case of any change, our Booking Department team has been there, all crew on deck if I may say so, to keep our customers informed. Moreover, in case of emergency, if you want to get in touch with us all you need is to call the supplier number written on your voucher so we could assist you. I am sorry for your dissapointment but I believe that either you are mistaken our company with another company on the Seine river either you didn't consult your messages or emails to have our updates in case any changes have occurred with your activity. However, being rude in your review is not a solution. Regards.

    Resan var vacker och maten var utsökt! Det var lite kortare än vi hade velat. Också väldigt svårt att hitta båten med adressen som angavs, men som tur var hittade vi den med hjälp av andra.

    The atmosphere was great.The music was awesome.The food was delicious.We didn't purchase the window seats so we were ignored and last to receive our food, we werent even checked on. money is money right. Plus boarding started at 7:30 and we had to wait for people that were showing up when we should have been taking off at 8:30.

    The Boat left without us traffic was bad but we still made it to the peer in time and that boat left at 8:30 on the dot . We were running down the ramp and they left . Very upsetting and we tried to contact as indicated in the app and it was not loading for anyone to contact . 😡

    We were given 2 addresses to meet the boat. I phoned the company 2 hours before departure, made sure I had the right company and asked which address was correct. I was assured it was the President Kennedy address. I clarified this with her and she said yes. Well, it was not the correct address and we missed the boat. We want a refund!

    Seeing the city lights at night The music was great Enjoyed the evening. Food was okay but nothing great Expensive drinks. I mentioned my husband’s food allergies on my reservation like they asked they had no idea when we got there

    They were so nice and let us come a different night because of travel delays! The dinner was nice, the dj fun and the views spectacular!

    This was a very nice dinner cruise along the Seine! We bought the fully upgraded package for two, including a window table (be sure to be seated on the left side), and a bottle of good quality champagne. The boat was beautiful inside with fun lighting and white tablecloths. The food was mostly delicious and beautifully presented. On our cruise I chose the appetizer with scallops. I love scallops! These looked so good, but they were raw. I knew they might not be cooked, but I thought they would be marinated, thus “cooked” by vinegar or something similar. But as I said, they were raw. Of course many people might love them that way! But I couldn’t eat them. My main dish was lamb, and it was absolutely delicious and tender served in a beautiful brown sauce. The presentation was very appetizing! While we were eating, a very good musical guy and gal duo were performing, singing both modern songs and pop/rock oldies. It was very nice to listen to, if at times a bit loud. As it was getting close to 10 PM we went up above to get an absolutely perfect picture of the “sparkling” Eiffel Tower. Then we returned to our table downstairs and had a great dessert - assorted high quality chocolate truffles, surrounding a lovely chocolate covered pear. It was a big plateful and so yummy! This was a very nice time!

    Despite it being a bit chilly we had a great experience. The views were spectacular for very iconic pictures. The entertainment was great and singer was amazing. Food was spectacular. Would repeat.

    Event did not happen still waiting for my money back. Boat company cancelled at the last moment. It seems Viator have not been notified by the operator

    9 of us were terribly disappointed. Viator informed us that the river was too high to go to Paris sites 2 hrs before, not giving us the chance to cancel. Food was terrible, water wasn’t free and all we saw was the industrial part of Paris. Careful with huge rats on the way to your taxi. Terrible experience

    The day before the dinner cruise got an email from the operator that the ship would not be heading towards the Paris sites but toward an industrial area due to high river levels. Did not receive the email sooner so no one could cancel the cruise. The river had been high for the entire week and the cruise ship operator used the timely email to ensure you got stuck on his cruise with no recourse. I would have cancelled if I knew that the highlight of the cruise was a Cement Plant.

    Wow this is an absolute must do in Paris!! Incredible food, incredible singing and just and all round incredible evening ! I could recommend this and it exceeded all of my expectations, genuinely one of the nicest things I’ve ever done ! Also super easy to find !
