Lysande tur med en fantastisk guide

Jag och min fru tog denna turné i oktober. Vår guide som heter john var helt fantastisk! Han var mycket kunnig, vänlig och var alltid villig att svara på alla frågor. Till och med tho Notre Dame-katedralen skadades av eld och kunde inte komma in i den förstörde inte denna turné eftersom det fanns massor att se. Sainte - Chapelle är ett måste för alla. The guide was a young lady (from India) who had spent 8 whole months in Paris. She was rather clueless on the history of the place. Very disappointing. City Wonders was the local tour operator.

THIS TOUR IS A SCAM. DO NOT BOOK! When we arrived at the tour, we were told Notre Dame was closed due to a religious ceremony and that Sainte Chappelle was closed until 4:00. THESE TURNED OUT TO BE LIES! We were NOT given a tour of the old city either.

Davor was an extremely informed guide. He was able to bring in personalities of history and make us feel the past. He made Paris even more memorable. The city is amazing and knowing more about the past was incredible. Notre Dame was a moving experience and Sainte Chapelle more gorgeous than you can imagine. Both will stay with us for life. The cost of the tour is well worth it and I highly recommend City Wonders and Davor. Always love VIP and not standing in line!

We could only wish that our tour guide, Avi, had personal time to lead more tours. We were exceptionally pleased with the information provided, both historic and artistic style, as our guide was not only a student but a teacher as well. This was easily one of the best tours we participated in during our ten days stay in France. Meeting on the Pont Neuf, and walking along the Seine River, past the Hall of Justice where trials of those accused of crimes against the people of France during the French Revolution was fascinating. Our arrival to the grounds of Notre Dame Cathedral through the center front gate was awe inspiring. Avi drew our attention to the architectural features as well as the symbolism and reminded us of the time span involved in the construction of this landmark. We look forward to a return trip to France based on what we have seen, experienced and learned on this trip. Vive La France!

I took several tours in Europe and this was one of my least favorite. The guide makes or breaks the tour and Ruben just didn't cut it for me, unfortunately. We focused on many details that didn't interest me and didn't even go into the first building until an hour into the tour. 9 out of 15 people in our group left the tour midway through. We then stood outside of Sainte Chappelle for 30 min just talking while it was raining on us and we could have been inside enjoying the views. Also just FYI there is no skipping lines at Notre Dame.

Great tour guide. Nice and knowledgeable. Loved this. We were jet lagged, but still enjoyed the tour and the history a lot. Used the restroom before this tour! Paris is not the best place of you really gotta use the restroom. :/

This was a great tour. Our guide, Charlie, was knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Note - this is a 2.5 hour tour and there are NO restroom stops, so prepare accordingly. Restrooms are a challenge in Paris, but there is a solution - Starbucks has clean restrooms for the price of a java.

We loved our tour guide and found the tour Informative, and interactive. The information that printed up about the meeting point was not entirely clear. The meeting point is directly by the Metro entry point, next to the flower market.

This was the worst tour I have every been on. First we had a hard time finding the meeting location. The taxi driver or the police man we asked for directions also could not find the location. We found other travelers walking around looking as well and we ended up helping them find the location. We arrived a few minutes late but not before they left the meeting location. When we arrived the tour guide did not have enough headphones for us to hear her tour. I don't understand how this happened because we reserved and paid for this in advance. She then went on to say that it was too bad we were late. We weren't that late and we ultimately had reservations so the equipment should have been made available. She did not try to procure us any other equipment rather she just kept telling us we were late. When we got to Notre Dame and went inside we could not hear her at all and she said that's what you get for being late, So we left and did Notre Dame on our own but we missed Sainte Chapelle because we didn't have tickets. Which she would not give us. This is by far the worst tour I have ever been on and definitely would not recommend it or the tour guide.

This tour was outstanding because it was interesting, we learned a lot about the history of Notre Dame and Sainte Chapelle, and we were able to go directly in without waiting because of skip the line access. Our tour guide, Charlie, was the best tour guide we've ever had. He is a history student and tells great history of the happenings in these places. He also showed great care and respect for those who were on the tour. This tour is a must.
