Please do note that we cannot operate a tour for one single traveller, which Viator, the booking agent, are aware of also .You changed your travel date twice, if you recollect same and we tried to assist you. Also we do request all our customers to kindly phone us once they arrive in Perth to check and confirm their room numbers and note if any changes have occurred to the days tour. We do not have any record of your contacting us, so sorry we could not assist you. Do apologise for the inconvenience to you. You must have paid to the booking agent not Aussie Perth Tours, they charge upfront, we do not receive any funds till over 30 days of operating the said tour. Hope you had a good time in Perth
