Thank you for your review but you are quite wrong. We confirmed your booking (which you booked with us) to arrive on the 24th February on QR846 @ 19.00 on 24FEB. The plane was NOT delayed. It was a few minutes early. Here is proof

The guide was waiting and you were NOT on this flight that you told us. How would we know your flight had changed if you dont tell us? Its not a delay, its a flight change.
In fact, we also sent you a confirmation with emergency numbers as we do all our clients through Viator, why not call us? Message through Viator?

YOU have to update us if the flight changes which you did not. This is your mistake not ours. All the proof is above and we are correct in this case
Finally our guides work 24/7 at the airport. All guides standby and if any flight is delayed by 10 minutes or 10 hours, we will still pick up all passengers. Its only your responsibility to tell us the correct flight number.
