An Experience You Will Never Forgot

I have been on many guided tours but Israel is by far the most patient, knowledgeable, and thorough guide. He thinks of every detail so you can just relax and enjoy your trip. We started at the Mayan ruins of Xunantunich where we were taught about the various chambers and temples. Even about the local vegetation! We had an excellent lunch which Israel had the foresight to call ahead to diminish our wait time. Then he drove us to a wonderful cave tubing location. I have taken a similar tour and the guide chose the closest cave which was not nearly as beautiful. Israel took the time to make sure our experience was exceptional and chose a further location but boy was it worth it! He took us slowly through the caves allowing our senses to drink in every wonder…it was beautiful. On our drive back he made us rum punch and patiently endured our constant chatter. We thoroughly enjoyed our tor and are so grateful for the family memories we made with the help of this exceptional guide.

Mayan Jungle fantasy trip worth every penny!

This was a fantastic day with Belize Wild Tours. Jonathon was a fantastic guide and was extremely knowledgeable. The van was spacious, comfortable and new, and the trip was wonderful. The ruins are mind-blowing and the cave tubing is a once-in a lifetime experience. Highly recommend it!

A really good tour, actually two tours in one day, a long day but worth it. Our guide, Wilder, was fun, knowledgeable and just great. The river running through a magnificent jungle was an unexpected surprise and a great way to end the day.

Do you want to spend an unforgettable day in Belize. You have found the spot. Our tour guide Walter with Truly Wild Belize went WAY OVER THE TOP with his level of service. He picked up right from our motel and drove us literally ALL OVER Belize. He was so informative. We learned so much about the area. Being from Belize, it seemed he had interesting facts about plants, animals, area culture, history, current politics, and just everything. He didn't talk your ear off either. Politely kept conversation easy. He was so sweet. My son was just under the age of adult and free. Sweet. We loved the ruins, but enjoyed even more the tubing. Super relaxing. Walter could see that my husband and I were never going to make it to the other side, so he clipped our tubes together and paddled for us. If he hadn't, it might have turned into a night tour. Belize is a spectacular beauty. We loved being in the middle of the beautiful jungle. The ruins are literally 10ish miles from Guatemala. You could see the border from the top of the largest structures. After a long day on our journey home, he sweetly pulled into a gas station and bought my son an ice-cream. See what I mean? Just wonderfully taken care of all day. Book it. You won't regret it.

We had such a great time with a great tour guide!! Robin was very knowledgeable about the ruins and the cave. Conversation was easy and he was fun to talk to. We ended up being in a large group (7 guest) but everyone was SO friendly and SO much fun! The cave is a little slow but very relaxing after being at the ruins in the heat. It’s a very beautiful cave though and I could have taken a nice relaxing nap!

Had a great trip! Walter was a really knowledgeable tour guide. No matter what random question we tossed at him, he was able to answer it. Don't plan for anything afterwards, not having anything allowed us to take our time at the ruins and tubing.

This was by far the best tour we’ve ever had. Since we have a family of six, it was a private tour which made it even better. Even the three hour drive each way was enjoyable with Robin telling us all about Belize and his personal stories. It was like traveling with another family member. He was very knowledgeable about everything we asked from the culture to history and even every plant or animal that we saw. Every part of the trip felt exclusive and unhurried, even when he saw the cruise ship tours about to leave the ruins and suggested that we get ahead of them for the river ferry. We had already been there for two hours, so we didn’t miss anything.

Xunantunich was truly amazing and our guide, Israel, was the very best! He was so knowledgeable and engaging. The cane tubing was really cool as well and it was the perfect activity after the physical exertion at the ruins. Israel even made the drive there and back entertaining. I 100% recommend this tour and Israel.
