      Snorkeling Fun

      The boat crew were great, and I loved having a guide during the snorkeling; he'd point things out and explain what types of fish or corral we were seeing. Everyone was so friendly! And getting to relax on the caye with lunch was fantastic. Would highly recommend!
      Trip was changed and cut short

      We arrived at Moho Caye and the captain announced that we would need to change our plans and go to Laughing Bird Caye. I think they knew this was going to happen despite the rough conditions. The snorkeling at Laughing Bird Caye was limited, but beautiful. I just wish they would be more honest about the change in plans before heading out on the boat. We cut the trip short by a few hours which was fine by us because we were ready to get out of the wind and warmup.

      We had a blast time! Kyle is a great communicator and guides us into the water. We enjoyed a total surprise that Kyle could find anything in the water!

      The snorkeling experience was top notch! The guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating for a great overall experience. Julian was our guide and he made the day memorable pointing out unique coral, fish, and larger sea creatures like rays, nurse sharks, and even a sea turtle! The water was a bit choppy but it didn’t take away from the day’s experience.

      Great experience, great people. Would recommend to all people and all ages. The guides were really helpful and explained everything well. The BBQ was so good.
      Ruined the end of our trip

      We signed up for this excursion a full 3 days prior to the event. Waited over an hour and they never showed. The tour operator would not respond to the chat until we connected directly with Viator. Then gave an excuse that they made an error and didn’t have us on the books for the day. Offered to take us out the next day but it was the last day of the trip. A complete bummer because it’s the activity we were looking forward to most. Viator gave us a full refund quickly but it was too late to book another excursion that day. A note about Viator. Although they acted quickly and got the tour operator to respond, they added salt to the wound by offering 5% off a future excursions if we bought two. 5% for two bookings - REALLY?!
      Best snorkeling experience with amazing and caring crew!

      We had the very best snorkeling with Capt Jacks! The team was so attentive to our needs and amazing with small kids in the group. We had another tour the next day and by far Capt Jacks was better! Their boat is comfortable to ride and in the end - surprise - they give u cold eucalyptus infused washcloths to freshen up ! The guides did not hurry us during the snorkeling experience (which was AMAZING!!), we saw a hawksbill turtle, eagle ray, many nurse sharks and so so many different fish and corals; we had lunch was wits a “secret” chicken recipe and fresh fruit, and a bid choice of drinks. Book with Capt Jacks and u will have an amazing snorkeling experience !

      Nicely organized from start to finish with very friendly staff, clean modern boat, great lunch. Nicole was our snorkelling guide and was full of helpful information and ensured everyone was safe and enjoying themselves. I think this was the best snorkelling experience of three different trips in Belize.

      Absolutely beautiful! They broke us out into smaller groups, each with a snorkel guide. Then we are a delicious lunch on Moho caye.
