I'm truly sorry to hear about the frustrating experience you've had with your booking. It's never our intention to inconvenience our valued customers. However, I'd like to clarify that Viator is an external booking platform, and they handle the reservations on our behalf. Unfortunately, we have limited control over their booking procedures, and in this case, it seems there was a misunderstanding on Viator that led to the wrong booking date.
We did our very best to work with Viator and have you rescheduled for a second date, however due to bad weather this tour could not operate, we always thrive to accommodate all we can but weather is one thing we are unable to act upon.
Kindly note that all refund process is also made on Viator's end and it could take a few working days, if this has not happened please let us know and we will do our best to inquire this matter to Viator, we are on your side and look forward for a happy resolution for everyone.
