Thank you for your feedback.
I'm really sorry you were disappointed.
Let me address some of your points.
I try not to waste people's time. I'm sorry you considered it a waste of time to visit a Jewish holocaust museum. I feel it's quite important to see it when you come to Terezin.
The official name of the national park - Bohemian Switzerland NP - is indeed a little confusing. However, it is not my invention and I explained its background.
Regarding water, I'm really sorry you didn't hear me offering it, as I had dozens of bottles in the back of my van (as well as coffee and tea). I checked that it was offered multiple times with the other passengers who all rated the tour with 5 stars.
I don't believe I advertise the lunch to be at a castle. It is a former hunting chateau/lodge. I'm glad you at least liked the food. Everyone always does. It's a great place.
Regarding the medieval town, we did actually stop there. It was the coffee and desert break that everybody enjoyed so much. We later drove through the town and I would have loved to stop and let you take more pictures if only you had said something. I am always open to tailoring the tour to people's likes.
And concerning the daylight, it is an issue in November and December and I should have done a better job saving more of it for the final stop. I almost always do. However, I did not make anyone do anything dangerous. This was confirmed by the other passengers who were amazed by the view of the beautifully lit up Elbe valley below us.
I wish you more success with picking a tour that better fits your standards next time.
