The tour was well run and the guide (Jenny) did an excellent job translating between Spanish and English for us Aussie travelllers. The weather conspired against us for the visit to Osorno - it was blowing a gale and sleeting rain so we had to cut the tour short. Lunch was very good - recommend the wild boar roasted over a wood fire. The driver was professional and smooth. Good value for money and as advertised

We had a great time on this trip Santiago, our guide, was full of information and added a lot of fun to the outing We saw different views of Mt Orono all great. I loved the Petrohué falls, very pretty. The mix of tour and personal time was also good. Can’t recommend enough.

This was a cute tour. I think it would be really good for people with families or older people. The first half of the trip consisted of walking around the national park for 1 hour (7,500 CLP), then we took a catamaran (6,000 CLP) for another hour. We then headed to launch at this really amazing restaurant and paid 15,000 CLP for a really substantial and delicious meal. After we ended with either hiking (I hiked) or taking the chairlift (was 17,000 CLP) up the volcano. I did the math and this experience with the all the additional things you have to pay for on the trip was around $100USD in total.
It was nice overall!

Different from rest of tours we had in Chile (had several out of Atacama, Santiago and Puerto Varas), this one was late versus the time they told us. Not a biggy, but I guess the other experiences make that stand out.
So, after pick up, we head towards the Saltos de Petrohue, and let me say, this place is AMAZING!!! I mean, you get to these waterfalls that have this incredible color (as in the pictures, believe me, there were no filters applied) nested against this background of beautiful mountains. The waterfalls have runways that allow you to enjoy the view of the waterfalls and the surroundings from every possible angle. There are also trails that take you down to visit other areas of the park and enjoy more of these amazing views.
From there, you go to the lake, Lago de Todos Los Santos, whose water has the same beautiful colors as the Saltos. Now, the tour guide will encourage you to take the boat tour. My take is that it is a total waste of time. You're taken near the cost but is focused on "look at the nice houses of these rich people". Sure, there were other details about the lake and so, but core of it, the houses. Here you lose time that you could had better used exploring the trails at the Saltos del Petrohue. This is optional, so you can bail out if it and save the 6 thousand pesos (~ $7) and use that money for food or souvenirs at the store near the Saltos.
After this, we went for lunch at a place next to the Llanquihue lake, great view of the lake and of the Osorno volcano. We had one of their specials, wild boar, what an amazing taste! If available, go for it, 100% recommended!
The day we went on tour, it was an unusual cold and bad weathered one, so by when we got to the entrance to the volcano, it was closed. Rangers said there was way too much snow and was deemed unsafe. This obviously was a boomer, but that's nothing one can control. Our guide took as to another section of the park where we came across a nice lagoon and then an amazing view of the the Llanquihue lake.
So, why 3 stars if views were so nice? Too little time at the Saltos del Petrohue and "tricked" into the boat tour at the Lago de Todos los Santos (btw, you got to pay in cash). I believe tour starts a bit too late to allow for enough time at the right places (the Saltos, the Volcano, etc), so it is a bit rushed.
My wife and I agreed that it is probably more efficient to just rent a car and do it by yourself. We would like to come back to Puerto Varas again, definitely we will do the car, to go back to the Saltos and finally the Volcano, but also other attractions that are at driving distance.

Waterfalls were gorgeous. I don't like that there was an extra boat tour that we were basically forced to pay for, not in the listing. (Would have been okay, but we had a full-day booked for a boat tour already.)
Also, the lunch they take you to is more expensive than I'd typically pay for lunch. It was delicious and more food than we could eat, but it would have been nice to have a simpler option.

We had a really disappointing tour. We didn’t get to see the volcano or the waterfalls. Due to weather conditions, the volcano was not visible. We understand there is nothing you could do about whether, but when we tried to go to the waterfalls instead, the road into the national park was closed for road work. This meant we drove around in a van for 5 hours and we didn’t get to see a single thing on the tour. What is most disappointing is our tour guide said we should request a refund for the circumstances. When we did this, our request was denied, even after naming the guide by name and saying she granted our whole bus to do this. We know weather is out of our control, but the way this was handled by the company was very poor.

Perfectly planned and delivered - Jenny our guide was fantastic in Spanish and English fluently. Helped our family procure vegetarian meal at lunch. The title of the tour doesn’t do full justice since it also has a lovely boat ride on lake Todos Los Santos. Do both parts of the Osorno ski lift for 24,000 Pesos don’t skimp it. Totally worth going up to the snow. All entrance and tickets are extra but that’s clearly mentioned in the description of the tip. On schedule and punctual

This tour was far too expensive for what it entailed. Additionally, there were add-ons at every stop. Put everything in the price and call it a day. Paying $41 for transportation and a guide for a short distance trip is excessive itself. Then having to pay 6,000 CLP for the park entrance (credit only accepted) and then another 6,000 CLP for 30 minute boat ride (cash only), followed by $21 for a mediocre lunch, makes for an expensive day in the rain.

Great tour, fantastic scenery, take both the chairlifts at the volcano, the view is amazing! The company nearly didn't pick me up as they emailed me the wrong hotel to meet the bus otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
