Poor communication.

Was canceled on us. Then re booked for the following day. Canceled again. We received no cancellation notifications either time so we showed up and got told no each time.

Kia Orana Kennedy, Thank you for your review however we were forced to cancel all of our tours because the weather in Rarotonga being to dangerous to go in the passage. Safety of our guests is always our number one priority. Due to you booking through a 3rd party website we can only correspond through the messaging system they use and that's why you will see the cancellation message on there. We will provide feedback to Viator of your disappoint regarding their communication channels. Also our team went to the beach to swim and check the conditions and waited for everyone to advise of the cancellation. We have requested your full refund through Viator for you and hopefully the weather will be better for your next visit. Kind Regards Jane Archer

Having very skillful instructors in the water with me made me feel safe. Looking at the Turtles up close in the water was amazing. Will definitely recommend to all who want such a unique experience. Having the scooters made it easier to swim through the water. Nga mihi

We really enjoyed out turtle trip the guild explained everything as we went I was not comfortable in deep water but it was fine I use a life jacket and still enjoyed the full experience I did not fell like I miss out I was not in any photo but I was ok with that I was,there to see turtle and I was right there when the turtle camp up for air I will definitely be doing this again

Loved the sea scooter adventure alongside turtles and beautiful fish in the coral

Swimming alongside turtles down in the coral reef as they rise for air I is fantastic. They are so beautiful to look at and expressive. We saw many and didn’t linger too long and annoy the turtles. The sea scooters were great! Easy to use with quick training. Ariki guides and staff are exceptional -fully addressing safety considerations, coral and turtle protection, and good fun!

Absolutely LOVED our time here! The instructors were so helpful with swimmers who weren’t confident, had health conditions and our 10 year old girl who came with us. Water was beautiful and they take amazing photos of you too! Would 100% recommend to everyone

Amazing sea creatures

A bit pricy but worth it! We saw many green sea turtles and even hawksbill and stingrays. Scooter was easy to use.

Staff fantastic and helpful We had a wonderful experience watching the sea turtles. Amazing creatures. Having the Sea Scooters was definitely an advantage as the current is very strong and made things way easier than just flippers would have. Overall great time. Thank you 👍

Not your everyday snorkeling trip

Excellent and clear instruction on use of the scooters and they were so much fun. There were a number of additional safety measures taken so felt very safe and were free to enjoy and explore where the turtles were enjoying their natural habitat. I also liked the fact that a portion of our fee was assisting to maintain this nature reserve and the turtles nesting habitat.
