Ärligt talat, kunde inte berätta för dig. Bokade detta efter att ha gett kryssningsinformation och medan vi ringde och sms:ade och mejlade företaget för att ändra det eftersom skyttlar från hamn till järnväg inte var tillgängliga och körde för att försöka göra det kunde vi inte. Sedan fick vi veta att de försökte kontakta oss vilket de inte gjorde. Försökte boka om och fick höra att vi inte kunde, pratade sedan med andra personer som hade liknande erfarenheter och de kunde träffas. Det är omöjligt att kontakta någon.

Inga minnesvärda upplevelser eftersom turnén bokades på fel dag utan möjlighet att rätta till misstaget trots att den var inom 24 timmar efter bokning. Undantag ansågs inte använda sin intjänade vinst till en annan turné på det datum som behövdes. VIATOR och Boujour tours kundtjänst saknar empati och sunt förnuftslösningar på problemlösning.

Guide och utställningar var fantastiska. Men turnén var inte i tid och gick ganska sent, så vi nekades tillgång till BÅDE basilikan OCH Raphael-rummen. Vi kände att vi betalade för något vi inte fick. Viator måste vara mer uppmärksam på Vatikanens stängningstider när du bokar nattturer. Vatikanens personal var ganska oförskämd. Även för katoliker.

Detta är bara en bluff om du inte tar den guidade turen. Besöket i basilikan är gratis för alla att besöka och de ger dig bara biljetter till museet. Biljetterna kan köpas på plats till ett billigare pris och du behöver inte vänta på att få biljetterna från dem. Du kan köpa direkt från disken som är lättillgänglig. Eftersom vi var oformade om att basilikan var gratis, besökte vi den inte innan museet trodde att den kräver biljetten och den stängdes när vi avslutade museet och därför missade vi det. Detta var mycket olyckligt.

Den mest minnesvärda delen av turnén var att stå vid ingången med 15 andra människor som väntade på vår reseguide. . . . det försvann eftersom även om det mesta av ordalydelsen kring det här alternativet sa "guidad" smög researrangören med finstilt någonstans på någon sida och sa att den inte var guidad. Så vi betalade 60 euro för en biljett värd 17 euro. . . och sedan fortfarande väntat 15 minuter för att få biljetter. . . MORAL I BERÄTTELSEN ÄR ATT HOPPA DEN HÄR OPERATÖREN och TURERA. TLDR: Denna turné är en självgående tur. Avgiften du betalar är för ingenting så bry dig inte om att gå med dem. Guiden var på något slags ämne - Han var inte klar för jobbet. Gav några biljetter till några medan han hade resten av biljetter i fickorna. Efter att ha markerat detta för honom gick vi till slut in där han sa åt oss att följa "den värdelösa kartan" eftersom det är en riktning och att "njuta". Vi hade ingen guidad tur eller något. Han lämnade oss vid porten där vi scannade biljetterna och vi gick in ensamma och försökte hitta vår väg. Vi tror att det är ett bedrägeriföretag som ger tillgång till Vatikanen utan några guidningar eller turer. Den extra avgiften du betalar är för dem att stoppa i fickan.
