Vi hade den sämre upplevelsen förra året när vi besökte Rom. Vi betalade högsta dollar för vår resa, som 1 gatuklass tågresa och det hände aldrig. Vår turnékille var 2 timmar försenad. . Jag rekommenderar starkt att inte boka denna resa via viator och bara planera din egen.

Dear customer, thank you for your review, it is important for us to know customers' impressions. however we don't understand what you mean when you write that the boy was late. Our assistant has been traveling with you all day, perhaps you mean the train. We inform you that on the way back there was an accident which caused a delay to the trip. Our assistant Pino was at your disposal to satisfy your needs. We checked the tickets and they are ok, you traveled first class. We are sorry for the inconvenience but in train travel sometimes there are delays and our company cannot be responsible for the delay caused. Upon your arrival we waited for you and accompanied you to your hotel. Our philosophy is to bring emotions to life, certain inconveniences are not predictable, it is in the spirit of the traveler to see the positive side of the situation, you still had a beautiful experience, you visited a wonderful city like Venice.

Rasi var fantastisk. Det visste hon Mycket om att Italien bara har bott där i 3 år. Vår chaufför hämtade oss i tid och tog oss till tågstationen. Tågresan var lång, men Rasi svarade på många frågor till oss på vägen. Venedig var vackert. Kommer definitivt att besöka igen.

Heldagsturen var FANTASTISK! ! ! Det är svårt att välja en minnesvärd del men jag måste säga gondolturen, som inkluderade en serenad. Vår reseguide, Anita, hade förbeställt "skip the line"-biljetter till de flesta av de stora attraktionerna, vilket sparade oss mycket tid i gamla Venedig, som var fullsatt med turister. Anita kände till sin historia och höll oss förtrollade med sin kunskap. Denna resa hade funnits på min bucket list i många år och överträffade mina förväntningar! Tack Anita! !

Otrolig dagsutflykt till Venedig

Vi rekommenderar starkt denna dagstur i Venedig. Vi ville se Venedig men hade bara en dag på oss att se det. Från början till slut var denna dag perfekt och stressfri. En chaufför hämtade oss från vårt hotell och släppte av oss vid tågstationen där vår reseguide Giuseppe väntade på att möta oss för resan till Venedig. En stressfri upplevelse eftersom vi inte behövde oroa oss för att hitta ett tåg eller vart vi skulle åka. Giuseppe gjorde det så enkelt och avkopplande att han var med oss resten av dagen. Han gjorde vårt första besök i Venedig till ett mycket trevligt och minnesvärt besök. Han rekommenderade en restaurang för oss för lunch med bra mat. Han kunde också få oss en gondoltur. En upplevelse som måste ses Han visade oss de olika platserna i Venedig och var mycket kunnig. Vi rekommenderar starkt Giuseppe om du är ute efter att se Venedig, det är en fyra timmars tågresa varje väg, men jag kan ärligt säga att Giuseppe fick dagen att kännas avslappnad och inte förhastad. Vi kan inte vänta med att komma tillbaka till Venedig igen! !

Den privata rundturen är vägen att gå - - vår guide, Lorenzo, var med oss varje steg på vägen! Han hälsade oss på tågstationen, hjälpte oss att komma på rätt platser på tåget, visade oss sevärdheterna i Venedig, bokade lunch och tog oss tillbaka till Rom! Han var fantastisk att prata med och han hade massor av information om Venedig att dela med sig av!

This was a great experience. Our guide, Juliano, was amazing. He gave us lessons about the history of Venice. He also showed us some sites that we never would have found, or been given access to normally, For instance, he was able to get us into a private showing at a glass factory to see how glass products are made. The trip was well worth it.

Venice is a great city. I wish we were not so rushed to get everything done on the tour escorts agenda. We had to be in certain places by set times. We did get to go on a gondola ride. The driver did not say anything on the whole trip. The only words he said was to the tour escort asking if we gave a tip. We had no time to shop as we were whisked around so fast. Next time we will stay in Venice. Not a good day trip from Rome.

It is a great day - and, yes, a long worthwhile day - but you will not regret taking the time to visit this Italian unique city! If you are stapped for time and want to see Venice in a day, this tour is a way to go! Our tour guide Irene did a great job helping us navigate crowded streets of Venice while giving us an overview of sites we were passing by. She also arranged condola ride for us not included in the trip cost so we did not have to wait in line wasting precious time. We were also able to visit St. Mark's cathedral without standing in line. Murano glass factory visit which included glass blowing presentation was amazing!

We highly recommend this tour. We never could have navigated the intricate maze of streets and bridges without our excellent guide Lorenzo. Our private gondola ride was one of the highlights of our visit to Venice. The train was comfortable and on time as was our pick up and drop off at our hotel.

Irene was amazing. We cannot say enough about her. She did everything right but she can not control the weather :. It was a cold rainy day, but with Irene it did not matter. It is well worth the money to skip the lines. She explained the sites in great detail. We even had time on our own which was more than enough time. We could not have done this trip with out her!!!!! This tour is expensive and Venice is a tourist trap! About 4 hours on a train each way. No service is available on this train...not even bottled water. When we arrived, we were told by our guide that the price of a gondala ride was NOT included - that was another 95 euros about 115 due on the spot. It was a nice 10 minute ride however, the gondala driver never offered any info - he was on his cell phone and talking to other gondala drivers. The restaurant suggested by our guide had a table, and was WAY overpriced! 5 euros 6 for a can of Coke! We ended up sharing a pizza bc it was the cheapest thing on the menu. None of the servers were nice and Venice does not treat tourists well. And the place is covered up like ants with tourists carrying luggage. Spend your in another city where they actually like the tourists...like Rome or Florence. Don't waste your money. After the price of tickets, food, gondalas, etc., we spent 1000 each on this city and it was the worst day trip by far!

Claudio was entertaining! Major sights seen and was given enough time to explore St Mark square. Even able to visit murano glass factory and do the gondola ride coating 80 Euro. Awesome experience! Train trip was longer than Venice tour though but overall, we enjoyed our short stay in Venice

We had one day to see Venice - and this made it amazing. We had a very sweet tour guide. She answered all of our questions, and made sure we were in the front of the very, very, very long lines for gondolas. We also visited the church on the canal. It was breathtaking, and again, we were in the front of the line. Venice is amazing to see and the shopping is out-of-this-world. Venice is known for their glass, so get some jewelry. Well worth it. This guide and these perks make the expense of this trip very reasonable. I do not think we could have seen Venice without this tour -- the lines were hours long. It's a must see.

My wife and myself booked for this tour and it was wonderful. We were worried that it was going to be difficult to fitting in a day trip to Venice from Rome, but Irene Fulgenzi made it possible. She was an excellent tour guide who knew all the back streets to help us see all the wonderful bridges, landmarks, St Mark's Square. She knew many of the local shops not on the main stretch where we were able to get some real bargains, like authentic Murano glass and genuine leather Made in Italy products. She also recommended a lovely place for lunch and secured for us a really nice Gondola ride skipping the queue so we didn't waste time. What was also excellent as the hotel bus to train station and train transfers were all included. We even enjoyed a lovely 25 min ferry ride on the canal back to the train station before heading back to Rome. We highly recommend this private tour.

Our trip to Venice was very rewarding. We left wanting to return. Our tour guide made our journey by train, gondola and walking very interesting with the history of Venice..very relaxed and educational..well worth taking the private tour. Highly recommend or tour guide Catherine.
