Bokade och betalade för denna överföring för månader sedan. De avbröt vår hämtning från vårt hotell till flygplatsen bara 45 minuter före planerad hämtningstid. Lämnade oss i ett stick. Oprofessionell

we are sorry for the inconvenience but the driver was delayed due to a problem with a flight and the car that could do the service would not have been in time to pick you up .. we warned, other companies don't. Rome has a lot of taxis and you certainly didn't have any problems booking a taxi. Unfortunately, in this period the planes are delayed and create problems for all the transport companies.

Min bokning var en hämtning kl 9:00. Tjänsten skrev att de skulle anlända klockan 8:00. Jag mailade företaget två gånger och försökte ringa dem och Viator utan att svara från någon av dem. De anlände klockan 7:35 och det slutade med att de kom tillbaka efter vår planerade tid.

Dear Angela thank you for your review, however I would like to inform you that the departure day was Easter. These days Rome is very busy and there is a lot of traffic. We have sent you an email with collection at 08.00 am because the transfer to the airport is 45 minutes without traffic. Once you arrive you have to check the covid and check-in. all our airport transfer services are collected 4 hours before departure and 5 hours on public holidays. You should appreciate that we take care of the customers, arriving earlier is not a bad thing and if the driver had to wait for you for the departure I don't see why they don't appreciate our care. maybe you would have liked to call us because you didn't see a driver or arrive late at the airport to risk not leaving? flights to america have a lot of checks, we want to make sure customers fly home.

I stället för en skåpbil hämtade vi med en bil

Jag har betalat för en skåpbil som visas på överföringsbilden. Så vi hade tre fall. Men eftersom vi var två passagerare var resan som anlände en Mercedes bil istället för en skåpbil. Sedan hörde vi plötsligt föraren klaga på italienska. Vi antog att han klagade eftersom han var arg i telefonen och när han såg våra resväskor att det var tre såg han mycket besviken ut och arg. Jag hoppas att nästa gång kommer du att tyda på alternativen om du vill vara bestämd. För baserat på bilden har jag betalat för en skåpbil för att hämta oss. Annars skulle jag inte ha bokat det här. Dessutom föraren förde oss inte nära ingången till terminal 3. Han parkerade lite långt från ingången med tanke på att det fanns parkeringsplatser nära ingången till terminal 3. Jag gör inte om han gjorde det medvetet eftersom han var arg på att vi hade tre resväskor och han tog med en Mercedes-bil. Så jag hoppas att nästa gång leverera det du har visat på bilden som är en skåpbil och inte en bil. Maria

Needed a 7:00 AM pickup from hotel to airport. Driver was waiting for us in lobby about 15 minutes early which we really appreciated. Got us to airport in plenty of time.

Our driver was not at the airport...

Our driver was not at the airport meeting point upon our arrival. Had to call several times until another driver responded and said our original driver could not make it. This was a 30 minutes delay. On the way back our driver was ahead of time waiting at our hotel.

We were a party of 3 but booked an 8 passenger van as we had a total of 7 suitcases/bags. The day before pickup we received a call to confirm the pick up time. However, when got downstairs there was a driver waiting in a small Benz, that would only maybe 4 of the suitcases. We had our voucher printed and showed the driver we were supposed to receive the 8 passenger van. He got on the phone with someone in Davide from management who tried to tell me I would have to pay an additional 20 Euro to have a Van pick us up. I was explaining to him that I had the voucher printed and was reading him the details when he rudely, ended the phone call and hung up on me. Long story short, we ended up having a van come to us at no extra charge, but we left almost 45 minutes after our scheduled pick up time due to the mishap.The driver that came to pick up was very friendly and did his best to get us to the airport in time. However, my main issue is that the company tried to pull a fast one by cutting corners, trying to provide us a small car because I listed 3 passenger names even though we paid for a large 8 passenger van. Then they tried to scam me into paying an extra 20 Euro for the original car I already paid for. We paid for the extra space for a reason. Both drivers were very nice and did their best to fix the situation, but management is TERRIBLE. There are so many good tour operators in Rome that I will never waste my time with this company again. Thankfully we made our flight.

The trip to the airport from our hotel was a substantial distance going through the center of Rome. Our departure at the airport was at noon. We wanted to arrive at the airport at least two hours before departure to clear customs and also avoid any traffic delays.The driver arrived early, loaded our luggage and got us to the airport with time to spare.Compared to taking a train and carrying your luggage this decision was well worth the money. .

We were pleasantly surprised at how early our driver came to our hotel 6:45am, we were concerned after the issue we had after landing in Rome. The gentleman was amazing! It was easy to communicate with him as well. He kept us very entertained with his wonderful stories. He honestly should get a raise or something because there were no issues from pickup to drop off.

The driver arrived promptly at the hotel to take me, my wife and daughter to the airport. Even though the trip can take 45 minutes to an hour depending on traffic, we arrived at the airport in about 20 minutes. The car was immaculate and comfortable, and the traffic was light because it was a national holiday the Feast of Sts. Peter and Paul. The driver was quiet during the whole trip, and when I offered to tip him upon our arrival at the airport, he declined. I would highly recommend this service.
