En av de bästa upplevelserna vi har haft i vårt liv. Vi kunde inte se Aurora på dag 1 men vi tog ett bra beslut att välja "vild om Lappland" för vår norrskensjakt. Vår guide Toma är en expert och välutbildad i sitt jobb, även om vi hade tidspress lyckades han ta oss till 3 platser och vi kunde titta på Aurora även om det var en molnig dag. Rekommenderar verkligen detta företag för NL-jakt i lappland.

Saati och Toma var utmärkt! Vi hade tur och lyckades se norrsken på den första platsen vi besökte. Både Saati och Toma hjälpte oss med kamerainställningen och höll oss engagerade med information om norrskenet från både myter till dess vetenskapliga grund. Det var kallare än vanligt (-25 grader) så tacksam för overallen och stövlarna som gav sådant väder. Avslutade resan med varma korvar över en fin brasa. Vi hade en fantastisk tid och tacksamma för en välorganiserad resa

Norrsken är lika vackert som oförutsägbart; naturen har sin gång. Lyckligtvis hade vi äntligen chansen att bevittna norrskenet på den andra platsen, under en klar, mörk himmel, omgiven av en iskall men magisk miljö. Detta äventyr gjordes ännu mer speciellt av vår skickliga guide, som delade sin kunskap och passion med oss. Han gjorde sitt yttersta för att se till att vi kunde se norrsken. I have held two meetings with the guide and with our manager over this, as you felt it necessary to write us 3 reviews in every location you possibly could to highlight your distaste for your experience on this evening, we obviously needed to do our research on the events of that evening. We support our staff in every way possible, as we know that they give 110% in all situations. Upon reviewing the situation, the amount of information your guide gave you, the additional efforts she made to make you all feel comfortable and the guide in question, believes she did the best to accommodate you in English while also translating in Spanish. We have of course used this review and your feedback to assist us in improving our products and to help the guides see how they can better improve their actions so everyone feels they are attended to 100% of the time. Sadly we went out on a night where the chances of seeing the lights were slim to none, but Maria was determined to find us even a spec of the lights and she absolutely did! It was not super visible or vivid, but using her camera the photos came out really amazing. Maria worked hard all night to find us just a little slice of lights, thank you so much Maria!!!

Bad experience

I dont they are professional enough to hunt the northern lights we were driving on roveneimi to ivalo road for 2 hours and 2 hours back to rovaneimi this is not the way to hunt northern lights even with the aurora activity so strong kpi 5.33 , lot of people saw the aurora's on that day but thankfully we booked the wrong tour

Atanus from Bulgaria was brilliant! He made sure we had lots of opportunities for photos and that we stayed warm. He gave very thorough explanations about the lights and updates on the conditions. Would recommend but be prepared to be outside in the cold for a while!

What an experience! Our Aurora alerts apps were saying the Northern lights would be visible so we managed to get on this trip with a few hours notice. We were not disappointed. Our guide Genis was wonderful. He took us to two locations and we saw the lights at both. He was informative, enthusiastic and extremely helpful. With his camera he managed some incredible shots. Given it was -32 degrees he still managed to make a fire for us.we were all freezing so I’m sure he was too. Thank you for accepting our booking at the last minute, and for being helpful on the phone when we booked it. Huge thank you to Genis for driving us and for taking the time to ensure we got the best pictures.

Unforgettable experience

The trip was great. We checked 3 locations, in the first 2 we couldn’t see the aurora, but the last one was successful. The views were breath-taking. The BBQ was also good, we had sausages, chocolate, cookies and as drinks tea or coffee or hot chocolate. It was definitely worth it! Keep your hopes up and you will see the northern lights!

Horrible guide

Although we saw the northern lights which was an amazing experience but the guide Ada was so ignorant and seemed like she wasn’t interested to show us the lights. She was not at all enthusiastic. She didn’t explain us anything about northern lights nor she had any knowledge about it. Every time I asked her about something she said I’m not sure let me check on my phone. We went to the first location where we saw the lights, she took few pictures and within 30 mins she said let’s go to the next location and do campfire like we had no interest to do campfire we came for the northern lights and not campfire. I told her can we stay here we can see northern lights but she said we can see northern lights from the second location and we have to do campfire so let’s leave and she started walking. As soon as we reached the second location she said that let’s do campfire and we wasted so much time in doing that stupid campfire. Then we went out she’s like it’s cloudy the first location was only the best so now it’s time to go home let’s go back home. Like although we took pictures and all but I wasn’t satisfied with the tour. She use to start walking ahead and not wait for anyone. She didn’t even pull the seats ahead for the people who were seating in the extreme back of the car and we l helped them. She never waited for anyone and she very disinterested. It felt like she just wanted to finish the tour and go home. She didn’t tell us a single word about northern lights nor did she ask us once also if we enjoyed or no. She was horrible. I have heard good reviews about the company that’s why I booked this. Maybe the company is nice but this Ada guide was pathetic. Pls make sure yall don’t take this guide if yall book this tour.

Tour was great! We were lucky to catch Northern lights not only through the camera but also with our naked eyes. It was cold night about minus 28, though it felt colder. If you don’t like cold - do not hesitate and use overalls and boots from the company. Thanks to our tour guide - Luca!
