We had an excellent time on this tour. The guide knew the area well and told us all about it. He knew a great restaurant near the caves. Great food and service. It was amazing to see the change in tides.

Excellent tour

Abdul was our guide. He was excellent! It was the best thing we did on our cruise. We really got the full Saint John experience. We learned so much about the changing tides and what life is like there We also had the best seafood chowder ever at the Caves restaurant, you can't even believe how good it was. Thanks Abdul!

Kind of boring too much driving

The driver, Adam was fine but just too much driving with not enough to see. To drive over an hour to an overlook of sea caves just wasn’t worth the time in the van

Good evening, Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about that. The drivers go by the speed limit to ensure you arrive safely. The distance to the sea caves is something we cannot change.

Not what we expected at all

Enjoyed learning a little about the Bay of Fundy but would have like more factual info rather than stories that had nothing to do with the area. Was also very upset that the Private tour I booked was NOT private but combined with another group. We booked private because we had 1 child and 3 toddlers in our group, and did not want to subject others to that. The driver was accommodating for our requests, but it still wasn't the privacy we expected.

Visiting a scenic lighthouse location and viewing the Bay of Fundy at low tide. Guide was very knowledgeable and a long time resident of the area. Also seeing the Reversing Falls was quite interesting. Abdul took good care of us, so I overlooked the run down bus we were riding in.

Abdul was very patient and took us all around St John’s. He even gave us a choice near the end of the trip to either go to the Market or the Moosehead Brewery.

Abdul was a wonderful guide! Very knowledgeable and a great personality! Further, he went out of his way to reach a family who had paid but didn't show up at departure time. He offered to return to pick them up in an hour but ultimately they chose not to come. Frankly one of the best tour guides we have had.

He takes pride in his business and really made sure to get us to the right areas in a timely manner so we could experience the full effect of the tide shift. Well I would have liked to upload photos from my bus tour however there was nothing to upload. We had an insane tour guide who spent the MAJORITY of the time driving us around and giving us a “house tour” of New Brunswick. He showed us lawn furniture, people’s cars, motorcycles, home additions, windows and even took us on past his ex wife’s house. The only stop we made was at the Bay of Fundy where he took us to a dangerous and restricted area to view a cave. We had to traverse over dangerous wet and slippery rocks to get there. There were elderly people in our group some of who slipped and fell. One guy cut his foot open. On our way out it was high tide so we were rushing through these dangerous conditions to get safely back to land. I had my 9 year old son with me who was terrified. I had to carry him out on my back. After that, we tried to get something to eat at the restaurant on the premises and before we could eat our food he literally grabbed it off our table and brought it to the tour bus and rushed us all out. We thought we were rushing to get to the next destination but instead he took his time showing us more houses. By the end I was fed up and demanded he bring us back to the port. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This is a SCAM

Good evening, All the allegations are false. For example, you said that the guide took you to a cave that was a restricted area, which is false. That was the sea caves, which a popular tourist attraction where people are free to walk to the caves and back as they please. There is no signage anywhere indicating that this is a restricted area. The signage outside the caves are only a warning that is placed after every hurricane, stating to exercise caution when going inside the cave since rocks might fall. The second allegation claiming that you climbed on large rocks to get there. That is also false. There’s only small rocks that are easy to pass by, and the rest of the terrain is just beach. There is no rock climbing on our itinerary at all. Should customers want to climb large rocks, that is at their own discretion and they are responsible for what precautions they decide to take then. You said that another passenger cut their leg. This is group of 18 people (including the person writing this review). No accidents occurred. Customers were informed to let us know if anything happened to them. The tide at sea caves comes gradually, not a sudden surge. It takes about 6 hours for the tide to fully rise. The allegation that you were rushed to get out of there by the tour guide isn’t true. The tour guide only posed a gentle reminder that the tide comes gradually. I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your tour, but I do not appreciate you making false statements about the tour and my business

Tour operator needs to better communicate pick up times. Had to message them at last minute for info. Even then some confusion as they called to pick up before passengers were able to leave ship. Transportation was in a mini van. Difficult to enter/exit far back seat. Van smelled of cigarette smoke. Guide was very personable and knowledgable.

We pick up all of our customers from the main exit of the cruise ship terminal. Usually before the tour, customers contact the meeting point beforehand. However, since you did not reach out at an optimal time, it didn't leave much room to fully solidify every detail. The minivan is the standard size and is designed for 6 passengers.

We booked this tour on a whim after our cruise was diverted from Bermuda to Canada. We booked it on the advice of a co-worker who raved about it. Abdul was our tour guide and he was FANTASTIC!! There was only 7 of us on the tour 5 of which was our group alone. We are a pretty lively group so he was the perfect person for our tour. Very funny, informative, kind and accommodating. This was supposed to be a 5 hr tour but he stretched it to 7 and made sure we saw everything the city had to offer. From the reversing river, the boats on the ground, the sea caves to going backwards and seeing the difference in all those places after a few hrs. Absolutely loved everything about this tour and highly recommend! Thanks Abdul
