This tour includes courtesy pick-ups in several locations. So in order to have the group complete in the van and start the tour (drive to the caves and provide insightful information about PR) at 7:30am, the pick-ups need to start before. I contacted you two days prior to the tour by text and clearly informed that pick-ups started at 7:00am. I called you the afternoon before (courtesy call) and confirmed verbally that your actual pick-up was going to be at 7:15am and again re-confirmed the same pick-up time of 7:15am by text that same afternoon, and clearly specified that you needed to be at that time outside the lobby. You acknowledged receiving all the messages and replied to them.
I was sharp on time at 7:15am and you were not on the pick-up location. I called you and you didn’t answer. Then texted you to inform that was waiting for you at your hotel and had to call you a second time and you instantly responded in a very rude way that your pick-up was at 7:30am, that you were coming down whenever you were ready and hang up on me. I called you a third time because I wanted to explain that I already had people on the bus, and had other people also waiting for their pick-ups afterwards, but you didn’t even let me talk, just rudely repeated that you were coming down later and you hang up me for a second time. Any other tour operators would have just left instantly due to your lack of manners, lack of concern about being late, lack if disposition to work on a solution and most importantly disrespectful behavior towards me. I still kept calm and just texted at 7:22am to let you know that I had to leave because other customers were waiting and waited for you until 7:25am. You didn’t reply and finally show up at 7:33am (18 minutes late) when you started calling. I arrived at your location to pick-you up on time and you were late and you knew about it…plain and simple.
In terms of the “rudeness” you imply, I was nothing but polite, courteous, patient and professional with you. I kept an open and very clear communication since the beginning. I even always gave you a courtesy call to address any questions and go over the tours details. My record of over 1,000 excellent reviews prove how courteous and professional I have always been and how the company excels in communication with customers.
Since you just kept hanging up the day of the tour, I texted this same reply that evening to clarify things. Your only answer was “Im not reading all that you “phsyco”. I just shows your true colors. For anyone reading this, I have all the screenshots of the texts and calls as evidence of this situation.
