Vi blev inte informerade om fotosessionen innan vi gick ombord så vi missade det. Bartendrarna ombord var UTMÄRKT!! Vänlig och gästvänlig. Vi missade middagen också utan att veta när eller var den började.

The cruise was very nice. The food could have been better and the entertainment was just ok, I think if I had went on a busier night he would have been much better. Overall I would do it again.

Disappointing

It was a disappointing trip that should not have been. The trip advertising with "live band" and dancing was not exactly correct. But first and probably the biggest issue, was the cold. Not the weather cold, but the frigid air conditioning inside the passenger area. It had to have been in the low 60's or less in the dining and sitting area with the AC blasting and never turning off. We were not dressed for winter weather and ended up staying outside as long as possible. They should warn to bring heavy coats. The food was fine, not a lot of variety, but fine. We ordered a margarita that was so sweet to be almost undrinkable and left it there. The band, or to be more exact, a duet of guitar players, were good and played a variety of older songs from the 60's and 70's. But not exactly a live band. When they finished half way through the cruise, pre-recorded music was played and a few people danced. But being even colder now inside due to evening, that was not on our to-do list. So as you can read, it was not exactly the fun trip we had hoped for, especially for the almost $200 price tag for two. On a positive note, we probably lost some weight with the constant shivering! So overall, it was more of a "tourist trap" experience than the special evening we had hoped for.

The Riverboat was beautiful. The food was excellent. The problems were that they ran out of food 10 minutes in. I was quite upset as I had paid as much as all of the people with a full belly while mine grumbled for more. The service was terrible. Slow to non-existent. The "entertainment" was simply live bands. They were good bands but that's not the entertainment I was expecting so it made 2 hours on the boat seen pretty long. Communication about how it all worked as AWFUL so we experienced a lot of confusion from beginning to end. I definitely would rather have just eaten at a river front restaurant.

Obnoxious Bachelorette Party Ruined the night

The food was OK and the service was good. The Bachelorette party ruined the entire experience. They were loud and obnoxious. The grandmother was using the pole as a stripper pole with a dress that exposed everything! They had plenty to drink before they arrived and couldn't wait for their waitress to greet them before going directly to the bar for drinks and shots.

This activity is something anyone of all ages would enjoy. The only negatives about this are, imo, easily addressed. First, the overall exterior of the riverboat is clean with semi fresh looking paint. The interior of the boat however, leaves something to be desired. If you do not look hard at details you’d problem not be bothered. The walls are dingy with marks and some areas with peels in the wallpaper. There are areas that are in need of fresh paint. The baseboards were old and coming away from the walls. The carpeting, needs to either be deep cleaned or completely replaced. The colored fibers are faded in high traffic areas. Also noticed that clearly the vacuuming was not done in detail at the walls edge or in tight corners. Simply put the decor needs updating. As for the food, we arrived at 6:50ish in the evening. The buffet lines were confusing on where it started and where it ended. The food itself was ok. We were served mixed vegetables, roasted potatoes, mashed potatoes, chicken, fish, grits, shrimp with grits, cheap steak, and peach cobbler with ice cream. There was also creamy horseradish and aus jus for your steaks and/or potatoes. On your table is your reserved card, bread with plate and butter, and utensils. We were lucky to be able to move to sit at a window. There were 3 decks, first two were for the dining service and the top deck was for the sunset cruise without dinner. This area had some snacks and beverage options. Alcohol is served on all decks and are purchased separately then what is covered in your purchased package. The sights were nice at sunset but we had a lot of forward view blocked by a cargo ship leaving the river. Overall sites throughout the cruise were mostly industrial with some wooded areas, as well at the riverwalk where you take off and docking. Sunset was very pretty and definitely you can get some IG worthy shots. Our trip was windy and had a chill, so bring a light coat. The music was different on each level but very entertaining for all. They take your photo when boarding and you can purchase the image at the end of the night. Our trip we experienced printer troubles and some shots were not available. The ladies with the Photgenic group, said that you can purchase digital copies on their website using a code. So do not know the cost of that or if purchased deck. Experience was enjoyable and recommended as an activity to do in Savannah that provides all the amenities in on place, food, alcohol, site seeing, and entertainment.

I was robbed out of my money I did not even get to experience dinner cruise because the boat was gone arrived on time I then called customer service they could not do anything to help me this is very much a scam!!!! I would never book through this site ever again very disappointed!!!!
