Highly recommend this experience! You ride on a private beach with a photographer that took great pictures! Would definitely do it again they also have other activities on the ranch the workers were great! Thanks to Noel for guiding us on the horseback tour!

Shout out the whole crew! Horses included. The ride was so smooth, we had a really fun time! Running with the horses on the beach was our favorite part! Definitely comimg back. Much love from Washington, DC!

Such a fun ride on the beach and through the jungle. Horses were well cared for, so well trained and still had personality and were a pleasure to ride. Our guides were very fun and I appreciated getting a more “spicy” horse while my less experienced friends got quieter but equally lovely mounts. And the professional photographer who comes along is fabulous - was very happy to purchase those after.

Nico led a great tour through the jungle to the beach, where we got to gallop. He helped move along a stubborn horse and was very cheerful throughout. The stable guy Mega was very friendly too

This was such a wonderful experience even if I was scared… because I tend to get nervous unfortunately. First time riding a horse and our instructor/tour guide Ricky Bobby was so kind and patient. Honestly had he not been so gracious and helpful I prob would have wanted to get off the horse. The tour through the jungle was fun, but my favorite part was the ocean. Riding the horse on the sand and next to the beach was magical. The horses were all so beautiful too. They look like they live a happy life and that was important to me. The whole ranch and space was a lot of fun. We did the tequila tasting and it was a perfect way to end the day.

Was such an incredible experience. I loved my horse tomate. Danny and Mega are both so kind and entertaining! Going through the jungle and the beach was great, and the pictures turned out so beautifully. Would highly recommend!

What a great experience- we went on a morning horseback ride then had lunch and decided to zip line in the afternoon- the staff is exceptional!! Super friendly and very funny!! Ricky, Bodee, Luis and several others that I can’t remember their names made our trip an awesome experience

So much fun horseback riding and ziplining!

We did two excursions with Rancho Mi Chapparita - horseback riding and ziplining. They were both excellent and exceeded our expectations. The staff were so friendly, funny, and made the experiences so much more fun. Ricky and Mega led the horseback riding tour. Ricky was so personable and did a wonderful job explaining how to ride. The ride was absolutely beautiful! We got some amazing photos riding through the jungle and on the beach. The next day, we came back for ziplining. Ernesto, Alex, Bodhi, and Luis were hilarious and fun loving (and it was fun seeing Ricky again). The ziplining was great, with clear views of the ocean and Sayulita from the top. They taught us how to zip upside down and do flips off the platform. We had such a blast! We also got some amazing photos and videos. I’d highly recommend the horseback riding tour and ziplining tour because of the quality of the tours and especially because of the staff. We’ll go back again next time we are in the La Cruz or Sayulita area.

What an experience. I ended up getting very lucky with a solo tour, and the ride not only lived up to but surpassed all of my expectations. The horses were beautiful and well cared for. The clouds broke just in time for a sunset. We spotted a whale from the beach. And I galloped across the sand at lightning speed. Not to mention, my guide Danny was FANTASTIC - friendly, knowledgeable, kind, respectful, and an all round lovely person. 10/10 recommend this - if you’re an experienced rider like myself, let them know! There’s a horse there for everyone :)

We had a great time, riding horses with Ricky and Mega. The horses seemed very well taken care of, and it was beautiful Please let me know if to ride on the beach. Communication was very easy. We also had a nice tequila tasting and wound up taking home a few bottles!

Juan Manuel was an amazing host. He was an experience guide and skilled with the horses. And his knowledge of the local plant life and culture was an added bonus. Galloping on the beach at sunset was an experience I'll never forget.

Jorge and Juan were awesome guides with a lot of experience. Beautiful scenery of jungle and beach. Horses were very well trained. They had a photographer that followed as well. Highly recommend!

Best tour experience ever in every way

I was amazed at the beauty of Mi Chaparrita grounds. The horses were great looking and it was obvious how much the staff cared about and for them. They are free in the field during the day and only the horses for us to ride were brought in. We had Juan and another fellow (can't remember his name). Juan was excellent at the back of the line, telling each of us what to do to handle things properly. The jungle trail was beautiful and not just an easy flat walk, it wound through the jungle trees and up and down, until we got to the beach, which was gorgeous! As beginners they took the bridle of our horses in hand right beside us so we could experience galloping. We got back to the stable at dark to say goodbye to our horses, then head in to the tequila tasting. The whole experience was brilliant. There's much to do at this place. I'd say it was one of the best tour events I've ever done. From front of house to the horsemen, the staff were perfect. See for yourself !
