Thank you for leaving us your opinion about the tour. We are sorry that you did not like the experience but we must tell you that we do not usually receive such forceful criticism of our guides. It may be that the guide spoke more in French than in English, but it may also be that, as you already know, given the profound differences between languages, the number of words needed to express the same concept is different depending on the language. In general, the Romance languages (languages derived from Latin, such as Spanish, Catalan, French, etc.) occupy approximately the same. There are others that occupy less, such as English. This is of great importance in translation and you have to be aware of it. On the other hand, we do not like how you have referred to our guide; We don't like when you say that she is a bad guide, that she is frustrated or that she did not understand your questions (maybe it is not so easy to understand the accents of every English speaker in the world...)
We also don't like being told that in Zahara de la Sierra and Grazalema (the other two White Towns we visited) there is nothing to be or do, this is a very subjective opinion that differs greatly from the opinion of hundreds of tourists who do this excursion every day and they are delighted with these two cozy towns.
We are very sorry that you did not like the excursion but we cannot allow our guides to be disrespected. The work we do every day is with which we achieve a large majority of satisfied customers.
Still we hope you enjoyed your vacation.
Best regards, Sandra P.
