Melissa var en fantastisk guide och vi njöt verkligen av sightseeingresan. Vi skulle definitivt rekommendera det. Melissa berättade mycket intressant information om Sevillas historia och kultur och tog oss till några riktigt coola platser.

Vår guide, Melissa, var fantastisk! Hon var kunnig, personlig och rolig. Hon förklarade historien om varje plats och inkluderade även kulturella element, som hennes flamencodans med en gatugitarrist. Hennes positiva och lekfulla personlighet gjorde turnén mycket trevlig för vuxna och barn i min grupp.

Säljaren kunde inte dyka upp

Säljaren misslyckades med att dyka upp på den föreskrivna upphämtningsplatsen och svarade aldrig på sms eller telefonsamtal. Viator har gett mig en återbetalning.

Vi gillade de kungliga slotten och katedralen väldigt mycket. Och vår guide Jose Antonio (jag tror att hans efternamn) var mycket kunnig om turnén och också rolig. Jag skulle mycket starkt rekommendera denna turné. ???

Melissa är fantastisk och räddade den andra delen av turnén och Viators rykte :)

Turnén började väldigt dåligt eftersom vi inte hade luftkonditionering på bussen och det var 106 grader ute och sedan marknadsfördes turnén på engelska men Lola översatte till tre språk (engelska, spanska och franska) så det var omöjligt att följa och ganska värdelös den första delen av turnén. Den andra delen när Melissa tog över och visade oss Santa Fe-kvarteret och Real Alcazar, det var utmärkt! ! ! Melissa var fantastisk - mycket kunnig, rolig, vänlig och varm. Hon förtjänar 10 plus eftersom hon räddade turnén och Viators rykte! tack Melissa! ! ! ! !

Picked up on time near hotel, most of the tour was on foot after that. Excellent knowledgable guide who managed the large group very well given the crowds of tourists, and the heat! The Plaza, Palace, Jewish quarter, and Cathedral are wonderful sites to see.

The Royal Alcazar Palace is a must see! Santa Cruz was also interesting. My complaint is about the tour company itself, such a chaos! They seemed to combine several tour together. Many people were confused about itineraries. There were several tour guides who kept on arguing with each other. They preferred to speak Spanish. The English part was probably only 20 of what they explained in Spanish. There were a bunch of Americans got very frustrated and felt ignored. It was beneficial to go into these historical places by joining the tour as the line was extremely long. I had to pay attention not to lost the guide due to crowd. There were a few moments that I seriously wanted to abandon the tour as it was very frustrating. The last part was the best: the beautiful garden of Alcazar.

The tour was disorganized, taking too long to organize groups according to their language. My guide didn't add much information, and there were many silent pauses. We walked by a free tour whose guide seemed very animated, giving far more information in the span of 5 minutes than my guide did on the entire tour. The only benefit is the skip-the-line advantage, but even that was delayed because the group was so large over 100 people in total, we were told that it took so long to wait for the other groups to join us before we could enter the Alcazar.

The Cathedral was closed for the day we booked Sunday but were not told about it until afterwards. The group is larger than expected a full bus size. The English language guide did not speak English that well. The audio devices used were not loud enough made much more difficult by the guide not speaking directly into the microphone. Very little additional information was gained from the guide. Recommend a free walking tour. The guides put much more effort into earning their tips and tend to produce a much better experience. Front of the line access was the main benefit of the tour.

This was an amazing tour. We were actually traumatised by a tour we took in Madrid but this was very pleasant. We had a hotel pick-up nearest hotel which was seamless. We had a wonderful tour guide who greeted us with smiles and we were quite a medium-sized group. The tour started with a city tour with plaza de espana the embassies around the city the flamenco school for kids bullrings etc. The tour however is not as intensive as the hop-on/hop-off tour. So if you want the whole city tour I would suggest the hop-on/hop-off bus. What was nice about this tour is the access to the attractions. After the city tour in a bus, we then got off and started a walking tour which was also amazing. This was with a different tour guide who was as wonderful as the first one. the tour was very informative and we went into Placa de Pilatos which was nice and got to know the history around it.The highlight of this tour was the Royal Alcazar, I went in looking for just pictures to say i was there but came back with a mind full of knowledge of its history. It was like semi Spanish crash course. Really enjoyed this tour and highly recommend. PS: There was an issue before we entered the Royal Alcazar regarding arrangements of the groups in their spoken languages. It took a bit of time to sort out but everything was fine afterwards.

Our tour guide, Melissa, was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions about the sites visited. She has an amazing personality making you feel very at home in Seville. The sites visited were amazing! I highly recommend this tour.

The tour was disappointing, too much time was lost arranging the participants into groups and waiting for the language groups to congregate before entry into the Alcazar palace. The time in the palace seemed rushed, it was more of a cursory tour and would have been better with a lot more time in the Palace and some free time away from the tour to enjoy the surroundings. The guide could have been have been better and what was said was unfortunately interlaced with a slightly flippant outdated sense of humour.

This tour was a big disappointment for several reasons. We booked this tour on a Sunday because it was the only full day we had in Seville. The sight we were most interested in was the Cathedral. No one told us the Cathedral didn't allow tours on Sunday - perhaps we should have known but I really think the tour operator should have told us this up front. We only found out when we got on the bus to begin the tour. We would have done something else entirely if we had known we wouldn't be able to tour the Cathedral. Second, we booked the tour with the understanding it would be conducted in English. The tour guide did speak English but her Spanish accent made her difficult to understand and she had some Spanish speakers on the tour so she alternated back and forth between Spanish and English. This made it very difficult to remain focused on what she was saying and the tour information seemed very choppy. The tour guide seemed rushed and not especially informative about the areas we visited. I would not recommend this tour, and especially not on a Sunday.

This tour was very good and we had an excellent guide called Melissa. She was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and she made the tour very enjoyable. It was a good tour for seeing some of the main attractions in Seville. The only criticism would be that there was quite a bit of waiting around when people were moved about from one tour to another or when new people joined.

Excellent Tour! Great to be picked up at our Hotel and the Guides were informative and knowledgeable. We didn't wait in line very long for entry into the Palace or the Cathedral and they were both well worth seeing! We highly recommend doing this Tour it was worth it!

This was an amazing tour with our guide Melissa. First off, we had a hard time finding the meeting point for the tour and were late, but Melissa waited for us as all others were ready to go. We couldnt be picked up because we were in a hotel that couldnt be driven to.All that aside, the tour was great. The first part was in an air conditioned bus. Melissa was multilingual in English and Spanish so no one had difficulty understanding her. She is very vibrant and loves her job.She pointed out many sights along to way to Plaza de Espana, where we had some time to take photos and walk around the grounds.We didnt take any Rosemary The tour continued onto the Santa Cruz Quarter where the streets are narrow and crowded. Just what I hoped it would be. Melissa was very knowledgeable about the Alcazar Palace and the Seville Cathedral. We liked the tour so much that we went back the next day and incorporated it into our plans so we could spend even more time at these exhibits.
