Titanic History

Excellent detail, very knowledgeable. Fast walker between Titanic sights. People walk at different paces. Audio system with earbuds would solve the problem of people not catching up in time to hear what is being said. Will always be within earshot of tour guide and will not miss any details.

Great way to get to know Southampton

The walking tour is a lovely way to spend a couple of hours getting to know Southampton and in particular its maritime history. Bryan is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide who takes the time to get to know his audience. I'd recommend it to anyone, unless they have difficulty walking. Like all good tours, it finishes at a pub, which happens to have Titanic connections (no obligation to sup, but we happily did).

Entertaining and informative way to learn about the ships of Southampton and the town itself

We had good weather (sunny) the day we took this tour so that always helps. Bryan the tour guide was well versed on the subject matter, professional, friendly and entertaining. He made an effort to learn a little something about each guest on the tour which was made the experience feel welcoming. His knowledge was solid and we did learn a few things about the Titanic and Southampton. Though minor - I wish there could have been some way to put the size of the ship into perspective. Still a great tour. We enjoyed walking about the town and hear about its history and see features of Southampton that we otherwise may have missed.

Bryan was a great knowledgeable tour guide. He was punctual and followed up his communication withus. Has a great personality and made us more interested in following up with more Titanic history. ( besides the last movie). He pointed out establishments that were related to the Titanic. Great walking tour! Will definitely request him if we get the opportunity to go back.
