INhemskt (T2) Chauffören kommer att anlända 15 minuter efter att flyget har landat och kommer att vänta vid limousineplatsen med en upphämtningsskylt. T2 limousine rank finns utanför glasdörren direkt framför bagagekarusell nummer 5. INhemskt – QANTAS (T3) Chauffören kommer att anlända 15 minuter efter att flyget har landat och kommer att vänta vid limousineplatsen med en upphämtningsskylt. T3 limousinebilsplats finns utanför glasdörren direkt framför bagagekarusell nummer 2. Obs: Se till att din mobiltelefon är påslagen och kan kontaktas vid hämtning POLICY FÖR VÄNTETID Vår standardöverföringshastighet beräknas på grundval av en sömlös hämtning och avlämning, utan extra väntetid (beroende på fordonets tillgänglighet) utöver 30 minuter för inrikes flygplatsankomster, eller 60 minuter för internationella flygplatsankomster. Men om det uppstår en försening eller väntetiden överstiger den angivna gränsen, kommer en avgift på 2,00 USD per minut att betalas vid hämtning. Observera att extra väntetid kommer att vara beroende av tillgänglighet.

      Easy to book. Communication from Viator was great and provided clear instructions. Our flight arrived early, but our driver was at the airport and texted as soon as we landed to let us know he was there. He was waiting for us right outside baggage claim and helped load our luggage into the car. The car was clean and very nice. Driver was excellent - cheerful and welcoming and efficiently got us to our hotel. A seamless experience! Highly recommend!

      Arrived to Sydney earlier than expected and driver wasn’t there but understood because flight was early and he was in process of finishing other clients. No problems. Would use service again.

      The whole experience was excellent! Roy was on time and was very helpful with all of our luggage. He drove carefully through the rain and we arrived, safely, at our hotel.       There was no communication before our arrival and we waited 30 minutes after coming out of arrivals area before our driver finally text me about where to meet him. We had not checked bags, so our exit may have been earlier than expected out of customs, but still very frustrating to just have to wait and not know what was going on. The driver was polite and the vehicle was nice, but frankly overpriced experience since we had to wait so long after a very long flight. We would have been better off calling an Uber or taxi on arrival.

      Our driver was there waiting for us though we had been delayed an hour. He spoke of things and places to see. After flying for 15 hours I was so very happy Jan was friendly and helpful

      Driver was waiting on time. When he saw our luggage he said it wouldn't fit in the car. We had 3 cases and 2 carry ons as we are on a cruise for 18 nights + 7 nights in Sydney & 4 nights in Honolulu. He said the car was only for 2 people & 2 cases. The problem was his boot (trunk) wouldn't have taken 2 larges cases. No luggage could be put in the car, as his insurance would be void. He tried to phone for a larger car no reply. He was more interested in telling us that he had got up at 04.00 to do this pick up. He then took us to the taxi rank and said just follow those people and walked away.What a welcome to sydney.

      Michael Slowther (+33685773639) You have booked and paid for sedan vehicle which clearly mentioned that the vehicle can accomodate up to 2 check in bags. However you arrived with 1 XL Suitcase (Grey colour) + 2x XL blue duffle bags + 1 Medium Grey Suitcase + 1 Medium silver Suitcase - none of them are carry on size. We have image of your baggage and can be provided upon request. You would need to book the people mover vehicle option for this many bags. In the future, please disclose the amount of luggage correctly to avoid issue. We will never compromise the safety by allowing more than vehicle's capacity.

      My flight was delayed 3hrs. I was lucky that I could text messages to the drivers company informing of the situation. On arrival, in the arrival hall I saw my name which my driver was holding up. What a relief it was that I didn’t have to go hunting for my driver. He was very nice and friendly putting my troubles at easy. However, my next trip to Sydney I’ll try to use the tram and light rail system-it’s been completed.

      STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

      Our flight was delayed from LAX to HK so the connection was missed taking us from HK to Sydney, AUS. That flight is 10 hours and the first flight was about 14 hours. So, had this company looked at the schedule at ANY TIME DURING THE 14 hours to see if we were arriving on time (which, I would think they would do as it was an overseas flight), they would know we were delayed by 24 hours. I contacted the company as soon as we landed in HK (which was still 12 hours BEFORE we were to be picked up) to ask that they pick us up when our new flight arrived (in 24 hours) rather than in 12 hours. So, there were 12 hours notice and absolutely ZERO inconvenience or work done by the provider - however, they REFUSED to reschedule and REFUSED to refund the money. I would have been happy to reschedule, I had to ask two times if they would do that and was advised "NO" - I would have to REBOOK and PAY 100% for the second time (not receiving a refund for the first charge.)

      Arif is a super star! Such wonderful communication in advance of our arrival. He was right where he said he would be and was aware of our plane’s scheduled arrival, waiting patiently. His car was lovely-clean and well maintained. He had water for us and gave some commentary to welcome us to the city. Great job! Highly recommend.
