Koalaupplevelsen och hela reservparken var en upplevelse under hela livet. Parken låter rundturen gå i 30 minuter innan öppning, så du har djuren helt för dig själv. Steve 2 Reseguiden var informativ, tålmodig och rolig. Vin och mat var också förvånansvärt utsökt.

Medan jag njöt av alla våra stopp var vår promenad runt Fitzroy Falls och besöka Symbio Wildlife Park mina höjdpunkter. Vår guide Tony var otroligt informativ och såg ut till alla våra behov. Att äta lunch på det underbara kaféet på Bulli Beach var väldigt roligt. Denna lilla grupp (8) var värt det extra: kostnaden för att inte vara på en buss med 44-50 personer som rusade för att alla få bilder med de andra i den.

Roliga 3 dubbar!

Detta är en starkt rekommenderad dagsutflykt. Steve var vår reseguide och han är kunnig och delade bra tips om platser att gå och utforska runt Sydney. Vi såg vackra vattenfall, fick klappa koalor, matade kängurur och wallabies! Sista delen av resan är vid en vacker vingård för vinprovning! Kan inte bli bättre än så! Kommer definitivt att rekommendera till vänner och familjer som besöker Sydney!

Det var en fantastisk upplevelse från hämtning till avlämning. Steve, vår guide, var fantastisk och delade med sig av sin mängd information om många saker. På bilresan delade han mycket om Australiens historia, information om fåglar, djur och växter. Vilda äventyret var min favorit. Att kunna "hänga" med koalorna och handmata wallabies var en minnesvärd upplevelse. Vem visste att koalor och wallabies var så mjuka? Jag rekommenderar definitivt denna turné och jag är så tacksam för att vi fick denna möjlighet att åka.

Hi Adam, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience of the tour. I have emailed you directly to invite you to provide further details so that we can better understand how we so clearly failed to meet your expectations. I haven't heard back yet but thought I should respond here in the meantime for the benefit of others that are considering joining us on the tour. I still welcome hearing from you if you choose to share more about your experience. I acknowledge that only you can speak to your experience but I do think it important to address the facts. As you note, it is a big day out from 7.30am to 6.30pm for a total of 11 hours. However, the tour is composed of much more than "Three stops of 45 minutes". If that were the case the tour would not have earned over five hundred 5 star reviews, on TripAdvisor, Google Reviews, GetYourGuide, Expedia and Airbnb Experiences, including one from Chelsea that was on the same tour as you and Brandon on Tuesday: "Our tour guide was fantastic! A lot of tidbits to share about Sydney on the drive. Made sure we had a great experience at every stop. Loved it!" I am very sorry that you were disappointed with the day. I'm very conscious that when you are travelling, your time is limited. And that most of the time, every day, every experience is a one time opportunity. So if we don't provide you with a great experience on the day you've chosen to spend with us, we've failed you and we've failed in what we set out to do - every time. Detta var höjdpunkten på hela vår resa. Att kunna komma upp och stänga med koalorna var fantastisk! Vår tour guide, den "andra" Steve, var fantastisk! Han var full av information och kunde göra vår dag roligare. Att avsluta turnén med vinprovning var jättebra! Jag rekommenderar denna turné.

Rohan was an excellent tour guide. Knowledgeable, prompt, and organized. Loved the lookout at bald Hill and the scenic Highway. Seeing koalas up close and feeding the Kangaroos was pretty amazing. The walk up to view Fitzroy Falls was lovely and the drive to Centennial Winery by way of Macquarie pass and Robertson was Spectacular. Be prepared for a long day

The wildlife at Symbio was great, early entry assured we had a long time with the koala's and wallaby's and the facility was well kept, with a knowledgable staff. What an amazing day! The zoo visit with the koalas and kangaroos was unbelievable. The visit to the national park was breathtaking. Our visit to vineyard was superb. Our tour guide Steve(the other one) was friendly, knowledgeable and entertaining. This excursion was worth every penny. Totally excellent. Would do this trip again in a heartbeat. Absolutely worth it.
