Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience of the tour.
I have emailed you directly to invite you to provide further details so that we can better understand how we so clearly failed to meet your expectations. I haven't heard back yet but thought I should respond here in the meantime for the benefit of others that are considering joining us on the tour. I still welcome hearing from you if you choose to share more about your experience.
I acknowledge that only you can speak to your experience but I do think it important to address the facts. As you note, it is a big day out from 7.30am to 6.30pm for a total of 11 hours. However, the tour is composed of much more than "Three stops of 45 minutes". If that were the case the tour would not have earned over five hundred 5 star reviews, on TripAdvisor, Google Reviews, GetYourGuide, Expedia and Airbnb Experiences, including one from Chelsea that was on the same tour as you and Brandon on Tuesday:
"Our tour guide was fantastic! A lot of tidbits to share about Sydney on the drive. Made sure we had a great experience at every stop. Loved it!"
I am very sorry that you were disappointed with the day. I'm very conscious that when you are travelling, your time is limited. And that most of the time, every day, every experience is a one time opportunity. So if we don't provide you with a great experience on the day you've chosen to spend with us, we've failed you and we've failed in what we set out to do - every time.
