Min dotter hade en fantastisk tid med denna surflektion. Alla var mycket vänliga och de hade gott om tid i vattnet för att försöka komma upp på brädan. Instruktörerna var hjälpsamma och tålmodiga.

Fantastisk surflektion!

Det här var fantastiskt! Vi hade en fantastisk instruktör (David) som lärde vår 10-åring och jag några tips på - landa snabbt, sen var vi i vattnet. Vår son fångade över ett dussin vågor som stod upp och hade en viskning. Rekommendera starkt för alla som besöker Tamarindo-området!

Definitely worth booking! The surf lesson was super fun and our instructor Kurt was awesome. He was great at teaching people who have little to no experience. Highly recommend booking and was a highlight of my visit to Tamarindo

I did it!! I surfed!! Great teachers and so much fun!!

I did it!!! I surfed!! I am pretty good at sports and have decent balance, but so many people had told me how difficult surfing was. Within 10 minutes I was up and surfing. My instructor (Bryan I think?) was awesome. He was patient and explained things very well. Then he took me out there and pushed me into the wave, and then next think I know I was surfing!! I now realize why surfers are so skinny though. It is a lot of work getting out to the break. The ride in is fun though and worth it. I would highly recommend it, but be aware that it is strenuous.

Kurt was a fantastic instructor. Our group was one adult and three kids it is 12 to 16. Kurt was great at explaining the mechanics and practicing on the beach, so all four of us were on our feet for our very first wave! Super fun. We are headed back tomorrow to rent surfboards from them and practice our skills!

Group lessons consist of 4 people, in this case it was my wife and two kids (15, 13) and I. We had Moises for an instructor and had an fantastic time! By the end of the lesson everyone had "gotten up" and ridden a wave. A truly amazing experience!

Had the private surf lessons and it was amazing. Our 9 year old son was up on his first try. The staff were amazing, super helpful. We all felt like pros by the end! I would definitely do it again.

Great Experience

My children and I visited Tamarindo, and my children wanted to take a surfing class. The team at Iguana Surf Club was kind, helpful, and supportive of my children. My daughter struggled, but she and the instructor persevered, and she was able to stand on the board. Both children stated that they had a great time.

First Surf

Iguana Surf Camp and instructor Nia in particular were absolutely fantastic. I am not good at surfing and overheated in the 36o weather really easily, and she showed such great patience. I loved it so much I immediately booked a second lesson.

Excellent instructors at the perfect beach.

We came with a group of 7 and everyone had an amazing time! The beach at Tamarindo is the perfect place to learn to surf. The waves are just the right size and the shallow soft sand bottom is very forgiving. Our instructors Luca and Danger were super helpful and made sure everyone had a great time. If I were to go it again I would probably opt to pay a little more and book a private lesson. My 10 year old son had to have a 1 on 1 lesson he caught 10x more waves than the rest of us did.

Amazing intro to surfing

First time surfing for myself, my wife, and a friend, and it was amazing! Luca was super friendly and had a lot of great information, and was very inspiring when we were struggling to work through a concept. A lot of the surfers knew each other, and the friendliness and support out on the waves made it a great experience. I would definitely recommend this, I wish we had had time for a second session!
