Great experience - would highly recommend

Can’t rate this enough! My Girlfriend & I booked on the 12:30 trip and had a great time. Great staff from start to finish & the Captain was incredibly knowledgeable & friendly. We shared the boat with one other family and found there was plenty of space for this to still feel separate & special. The Captain offered Prosecco before even leaving the port and we were able to keep topping ourselves up! At sea the Captain explained a bit about the waters and we were lucky enough to see a large group of pilot whales! We were offered a sandwich along with cold beers & drinks which we were not expecting at all but appreciated greatly. After sailing down the coast we had the opportunity to go for a swim which we loved and the captain ensured we were all safe whilst joking and having a laugh with us. Overall I can’t rate this experience highly enough! Compared to the more commercial trips you see in the port this is 100% worth the money and in my eyes offers a more enjoyable opportunity to see the coast, whales and dip in the sea.

Relaxing boat trip with lots of whales

We were lucky with the clear and very ca weather but the entire experience was superb. Experienced skipper, whales close to the boat but left undisturbed, nothing frantic or pushy towards the animals (no chasing, no overcrowding with boats). Start to end was well worth the .money.

A nice chilled way to spend 3 hours

A nice chilled simple experience on the boat, we saw some whales and had a quick swim at the 2nd point, friendly service.

Very bad driver. He was taking pleasure in driving crazy the boat. And then laughing seeing that we were sick. The snacks are low quality.

Safety and comfort of all on board is our priority and we assure you that our captain who is one of the most experienced skippers in the port, took all the precautions and your well-being as a priority on this day. Having spoken to your group after the sailing, no complaints were raised apart from a request for a refund for a person who could not attend and this was not communicated with us in advance. With regards to snacks, we prepare everything fresh before each sailing and provide a large selection of drinks too. Thank you for taking the time to review us, we appreciate all feedback nonetheless.

This trip was amazing! With snacks and meals provided, ice cream when we showed up and snorkel gear on board it was bound to be a great day. After seeing whales as promised, even on a terribly rough day, we were able to snorkel and see all the amazing fish with crystal clear water. I could not have chosen a better trip for the afternoon!

Great excursion SeaTurtle and Dolphin

We saw what we were suppose to :D, but missed swimming/snorkeling with Sea Turtles since it was out on open ocean eating it catch, close to dolphin group. Good boat and nice ride.

Snorkeling with them is main part of the other excursions, like kayak trips. We focus on whale watching mainly. Thank you and hope to see you in the future 🐬💙⛵

Not good not bad

It was not sth special. Just sailing until you see some whales or dolphins and then back to a beach that you can swim for a while. Not enough equipment for everyone. Also i didn't like that during the trip the captain was eating and smoking. And in the end he threw his banana in the sea

Hello Konstantin! Your feedback is much appreciated and I assure you we are constantly improving our services. We offer a whale/marine watching excursion as stated in the description and therefore, the focus of the trip is to see these unique animals in the wild. Pilot Whales are only found in 3 places in the world, where they reside all year around and we feel priviliged to be one of the few companies able to provide this experience to our clients. With regards to the snorkelling equipment, we provide over 15 masks on board which are always available on the boat that takes maximum of 11 passengers. I'm sorry that you didn't find the experience that good but we value all feedback, nonetheless! All the best, Management

Highlight of our holiday

This was by far the highlight of our holiday and a must do for all. Great knowledgeable captain took us out and we found both pilot whales swimming with their young and dolphins. We then stopped off in a nice bay for a touch of snorkelling. Highly recommended

Just riding on the deck...

Just riding on the deck of the sailboat was nice. We did see a couple of Pilot Wales up close. Overall, it was a positive experience. The only complaint was the snorkeling. The equipment was limited and trash, and the snorkeling location was no good. No structure or fish, just a boring flat sea bottom. They should advertise as a stop for swimming, because it was not snorkeling.

Was incredible to see the whales and dolphins and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The yacht wasn’t over crowded which made it a much more personal experience. I would recommend to anyone.

From start to finish, we were treated with the utmost care and respect by the team at Tenerife Yacht, They were amazing! Nothing was too much trouble. Our Skipper; Paco, was an excellent host on board the yacht keeping us informed and entertained. The only thing to disappoint my husband (a seasoned sailor) was the fact the the sails remained furled. However, we understand that this is policy on all tourist trips.

Me and my partener had an amazing time on this trip. Everyone was very welcoming, the captain was very nice and the whole experince was awesome. We ve got lots of drinks and snacks, as well a very thoughtul bottle of Cava as we were celbrating his birthday on this trip. Snorkeling and swimming was fun. Would highly recommend, we went for the evening trip with 4 other people had a lovely time saw whales and dolphins and a beautiful sunset. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our captain was great very knowledgeable and was very keen for us to experience the wildlife!

Me and my wife had a wonderful experience with these Yaht , it was 3 hours trip, we found a lots of pilot whales and dolphins very easily, Captain gave us a lot of interesting information about sealife and was very friendly, thanks and best regards to Paco, really love what he doing. Amazing views from the boat and whales going around in their natural lifestyle create unforgettable memories. Also was very nice to receive free drinks on board and very tasty sandwich also manager of the company met us with welcome ice-cream it was super kind. Absolutely loved the trip and highly recommend this experience.
