Wonderful day tour

It was a wonderful day. Special thanks to our tour guide Edith who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and safe. Her knowledge, patience and contacts were amazing. Great ride out to the reef, nice snorkling and a dip at nylon pool followed by some sightseeing , Edith our guide was so knowledgeable and an excellent guide

Fabulous experience and highly recommended. The boat trip and Pigeon point area were just superb but for us having Edith as our guide made it the 5 star experience. So friendly and knowledgeable and we went out on another trip to the North and the rainforest as she was so good..

This tour was very well planned and thought out. First we were picked up on the dot and taken to pigeon point beach where from there it was beyond amazing

The first half of the tour was...

The first half of the tour was better organized, the driver was on time. However the tour should have included more scenes. The second half of the tour had communication problems, we were kept waiting over 2 hours for the boat to pick us up from the dock, despite informing our contact person. In addition, we were not informed of the name of the boat, when asked for the boat name. At no point in time were any Viator signs displayed. More importantly, the Reef was dried up.
