As we informed you by email, on that day, our captain faced an imminent medical emergency in the morning, which made it impossible for us to continue with the planned tours that day. Please know that your experience was an exception, and we tried our best to inform you as soon as possible.
We attempted to reach you by calling your mobile number, but unfortunately, there was no reception. We also tried to contact you through your hotel, but they were unable to recognize the name under which the booking was made.
I want to assure you that we will provide you with a full refund for the cancelled tour. Your satisfaction is important to us, even if you did not get the tour with us.
Once again, we apologize for the circumstances surrounding the cancellation of your tour. We hope that despite this experience, you will consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with an unforgettable adventure in the future.
