Need someone fr tour co with welcome sign to guide guests to pickup point

Swimming in ocean, waterfall and cave were very enjoyable. Lunch was good. Driver was excellent. Tour guide was good but could share more information on culture and history along the way. Overall was a positive experience except for difficulty finding the pickup point from cruise port. No one fr tour co was there to welcome us in the vicinity of cruise port. After 20 mins of walking and searching, Samoa port authority helped us find them outside the port. When I explained this to the tour operator he argued with me and said he sent email explaining location of pickup point months ago. When I said I never got email, he continued to argue with me and blamed it on Viator.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the tour. We are located right at the Marina and very easy to find. We send instructions and images of exactly how to meet us. You did seem very angry that we hadn't sent someone to meet you, but coming to our meeting point is much easier than trying to find 1-2 people amongst thousands or cruise ship passengers. I did say I had sent you detailed instructions through the Viator platform and I am sorry that you perceived this as laying blame, it was not. I contacted Viator to say you hadn't received the instructions and this is their response: "Dear Reservations, I have forwarded the email which you sent dated February 19, 2024 to the customer. Explained the customer that you have sent an email informing how to meet them." That you loved the tour but downgraded it because of this is disappointing, but I am pleased that you enjoyed your time with us here in our little paradise.

Beautiful day out exploring some of the most beautiful places in Samoa. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and really made our day enjoyable. Although we travelled in the off season and it was raining he did his best to make sure we still got the most out of our tour. I would definitely recommend this day trip to.

This tour was one of the best tours! It’s a must do! If you like waterfalls and swimming, this is a dream come true! From the amazing famous ocean trench to the beautiful secluded waterfalls, everything was beyond beautiful! Our tour guide was patient and kind, allowing us to take our time and checking in to see how we were going!

Great guide plenty to see and do and a nice lunch the local knowledge is essential otherwise you would not find half the attractions long day but not bored by anything

On a sunny May day my husband & I were picked up promptly by Arthur our tour guide for the day. He took us to all the main sights around Upolu, nothing was rushed & his knowledge of the island & sights only inhanced our enjoyment of the tour. Our favourite of course was To Sua Trench were we soaked up the amazing scenery & swam in the amazing crystal clear waters. We were lucky there never seemed to be too many people at any of the attractions we visited. However at the last 2 waterfalls it had just started to rain but that just added another dimension to our tour. Would thoroughly recomend this tour.
