Thank you for your review, which I must correct for good reason: you booked through Viator and did not show up at the meeting point at the agreed time. This is a "no show" according to the cancellation policy.
The only message I received from you after you booked and before you started making claims was that you were going to cancel the tour. But since you didn't cancel through Viator, I waited for you at the Belvedere. And you did not send me a message saying that you could not find the meeting place or me there.
Three hours later you claimed that you had not received any information about the meeting point or my contact details with the booking confirmation. I checked and all the information was indeed provided by Viator.
In fact, none of what you complained about, specifically: no time given on the booking, no description of the meeting point, no phone number for the guide, was confirmed by Viator.
My recorded geolocation at the start of the tour and our correspondence via Viator chat were both proof of my correct conduct to the Viator team.
I am very sorry that we were not able to do this tour together, but I fully complied with Viator's rules and cannot take responsibility for your communication errors.
