Vi hade en fantastisk tid i går kväll - det var en vacker, klar natt och vår chaufför var ett tjat! Det är så mycket mer fridfullt att se monumenten på natten när ljuset spelar av statyerna och gravyrerna.

Vi hade en vän med oss som bor på DC och hon gav oss lite information men det var fantastiskt att ha en chaufför som visste exakt vart han skulle gå och hämtade oss på vårt hotell.

Vår guide var snäll och hjälpsam men jag skulle inte kalla detta en turné så mycket som det var en trevlig förare som kände vägen till monumenten och väntade tålmodigt på oss medan vi gick över och tog bilder. Om du förväntar dig att ha en turné med lite historia, bakgrund och historier, får du inte det men tonåringarna i vår grupp var lika glada.

The chauffeur/guide that was assigned to your tour tested positive for COVID the day prior and we had to assign you one of our non-guide chauffeurs. The lack of expertise in the DC tours led to your dissatisfaction. We should have warned you about the change in advance. Another thank you for your detailed feedback during our phone call follow-up. Loved seeing the monuments lit up at night. Perfect opportunity for family photos to remember this significant trip. Our driver/guide was marvelous. The route was well planned and he was in tune with our family abilities.

Driver was friendly and personable. We felt safe and not rushed. Some of the monuments were being renovated and access wasn’t as easy. But our driver got us where we wanted to be.

We had a wonderful tour! Our driver was amazing and very accommodating! I only gave this 4 stars instead of 5 because I was contacted through visitor and by phone asking me to change my tour time. I honestly don’t know if it was viator or the tour company. We had booked for 7 pm and were asked to repeatedly if we wanted to move our tour time up. Eventually I agreed to start at 6:30, but should not have. In late March it does not get dark in DC until closer to 8. Our driver was very surprised about this and was very accommodating to take us to see other things and then bring us back to the monuments once it was dark.

Nice private tour with my family

Our driver was very nice but did not talk to us much. We were not given any extra information about places we visited. It was great to have a car waiting on us at each stop. I think I was expecting more from our guide so that’s why I gave 4/5. It was a nice experience overall.

We had an excellent driver who was knowledgeable about the where the monuments were . Unfortunately he did not add any historical facts or fill in any interesting information about any of the sites or about Washington DC itself. We felt a little more of that would have really made the experience 5 star. I did ask at the beginning of the tour and he replied that it wasn’t part of the scope of the tour. So if you are booking be mindful of that. Otherwise it was great and the driver was extremely personal able and helpful especially to the senior members on the tour.
