Terrible, unorganized mess. Do not book! No Communication, didn’t see the shipwreck or swim in the blue caves, the one thing our son wanted to do, we made other random stops that made no sense. The boat drove into a cave, but we couldn’t go swimming. The turtle excursion is misleading as well, we saw one turtle. Don’t do it. Book something else.

We were very disappointed by the whole experience. First off, they have no more seats for our reservations so they ended up placing us at the end of the boat on the wood plank with no actual seats. Furthermore, 2 of us suffered severe nausea and vomiting due to lack of comfort on the boat. I would not recommend this glass bottom boat to anyone and there was no glass bottom to begin with also Please refund me the total that I paid for this boat tour Thanks for your time and please let me know if you have any further questions Ann Bui

Terrible. Do not book with this agency. The guides overcrowded the boat. They put us standing on the front part of the boat, including my senior parents, and navigated brutally to the beach. They prioritized the dozens of people from the excursion bus when allocating people, while leaving us last to board although we are the first to arrive at the port. On the way back they allowed a child to go on the front of the boat. Crying. While they let young men sitting on the passenger compartment. Search for another tour provider, if you want to avoid a terrible experience.

Nice trip but …

We were rushing to the Ship wreck and the captain was speeding over high waves… it made the trip uncomfortable as the boat was crashing down very harsh all the time. In the description it said “in all the caves” but he drove only in one cave. I recommend to look for a comfortable way to see the caves and the Ship wreck… for us it was a trip against time and not very relaxing.

Went there for a trip in couple. Beautiful experience to do before leaving the island. You can’t stay in Zante without seeing Blue Caves and Shipwreck in Navagio. A must-to-do

It was a small boat so not overcrowded.. there were no snacks as was stated but for €25 each it was a bargain. Went straight to shipwreck beach, had a n hour there.. would have been happy with 30 minutes.. horrendously busy place. On the way back went into a cave, ok, then anchored for 20-30 swim in the crystal blue waters. Sat on the front of the boat on the way back which made it worth every penny. Cheap and cheerful, you get what you pay for but I was SO glad not to be on a bigger, overcrowded boat.

Nice short boat trip to the blue caves. 1.5h long with a sea swinm of 20min. However no ships going to the navagio beach that day because of the wind. It seems pretty common and no way to tell before the same day.

The captain and guide were great. We followed a group of dolphins right out of the port. Great communication about meeting point prior to the tour. And what beautiful scenery!

Had a great tour boat driver. He didn’t speak much English but he was very accommodating. Saw Shipwreck beach and all the caves as advertised.

Navagio was closed because the weather, only visited the blue caves. Captain said to contact the boss for a refund. At first he picked up the phone, asked us if we want another date instead of refund and never answered us again. So no refund, no rescheduled.

Must see scenery

Great choice. Must see scenes when in Zakinthos. The boat was fast and comfortable, the driver professional and informative. Must come with swimming costume food and drink.

Outstanding Voyage

Parking area is at the north end or far end of the port by the yellow flag. Captain was very knowledgeble and friendly. Explained the itinerary. Boat was clean and well maintained. Crew was helpful for passengers getting on and off the boat. Only suggestion I have is to announce that smoking is not permitted onboard for the enjoyment of those who do not like cigarettes or smoking. One passenger lit up a cigarette every 5 minutes and another just threw the butts in the water.

Everything was fine and the guide and the captain were excellent, otherwise the trip itself was magnificent, beautiful water and we will definitely repeat it, if we have the opportunity.

The trip was definitively worth the money we payed! The beach an wreck were okay, the blue caves were really, really nice. We went in the caves, had a swim, snorkeled and went cliff diving afterwards ;) We had so much fun! We are really happy, we booked the trip an will recommmend it!

This was an exceptional tour with wonderful employees and tour organizers who go above and beyond to accommodate you. This was an unforgettable experience. The view is so unbelievable that we were immediately brought to tears at its beauty. Swimming, biking, and boating during this excursion were the highlight of our trip to Greece.

Slechte ervaring

Op de dag waaide het hard, dus in de ochtend een berichtje gestuurd met de vraag of het nog doorging. Hier geen antwoord op gekregen dus met goede hoop vertrokken naar de haven. Abba travel was lastig te vinden (geen bordjes of mensen die helpen van de organisatie etc). Na lang lopen een mannetje op een stoeltje gevonden die slecht engels sprak en die met handgebaren uitlegde dat het niet doorging door de golven. Na ons kwam nog een familie die op dezelfde manier werden teleurgesteld. Verder niks, ook nul informatie over hoe dan verder met geld terugkrijgen, de man kon echt geen engels. Nu heb ik ze al twee keer proberen te bellen, nemen niet op, en berichten gestuurd via viator. Één keer werd er wel opgenomen en toen werd er beloofd dat het geregeld zou worden en dat we bericht zouden krijgen, nog niet gebeurd. Ik hoop op het beste!
