Amazing experience with this company. I forgot a small bag on the van after being dropped off. Had my iPad in it. After I called the company, Sam the driver came back and dropped it off at the hotel. So grateful.

It's a shuttle service. Not what I was expecting at all when I clicked to buy. They wanted me to wait 40 minutes after I landed. That needs to be clearer in the information before you buy and when you buy. I had to pay 25 dollars to get where I was going because I really didn't want to wait.

Hello Christel. Thank you for your feedback. Without knowing the exact circumstances of your transfer it is hard to comment. eg where were you going, was your flight late etc? To Port Douglas, we schedule departures every 45 mins to coincide with clustered flights. It takes about 30 mins to get off a flight and collect bags, as such we consider 45 mins is manageable and most arriving passengers have sufficient time to meet their transfer service. We also do a looped service to the CBD about every 30mins. If your flight was late and you missed the service you were booked on you would have had to wait for the next service, another 45 mins (if going north). Without info we cannot advise further. There is always a wait period for shuttle services. Sometimes a bit longer than others. It may have been better for you to have booked a private transfer and you would have been on your way immediately. We hope you enjoy your stay here and enjoy the sunshine mother nature is putting on for us.

We felt like VIPs when we were greeted with our name on a whiteboard, and a driver who offered to carry our luggage. Scott then managed to fit a whistlestop tour of Cairns and a number of recommendations to local attractions in to the drive to our hotel as well. One of the best airport transfers I have ever done.
