I highly recommend this service to anyone going to Antigua. There were five planes arriving at the same time last week and to say customs was packed would be an understatement. Our VIP met us upon arrival and we zoomed right through. At the resort we met a gentleman that came in at the same time we did and it took him 1 hr and 30 minutes to get through to customs. It's well worth the money.

Great service. Met on arrival and whisked through passed the crowds of.people waiting for passport control. When You think that you have just spent 8.5 hours on a plane for a reasonable fee you get to start your holidays much sooner and with much less frustration. Well worth the small.additional cost. We paid a lot of money to have someone meet us and no one did. Your service is SCAM. My husband and I were scammed by this fake company. There were lines every where. People holding placards with names. Not one had our name. We will be sure to mention this on Social when we return home.

Our greeter met us at the entrance to the airport ok. However, they simply pointed us towards the Security, there was no real short-cut. They met us again at baggage reclaim and pointed us towards customs, there was no real short-cut. They marched us right past the Virgin Holidays rep right up to the end of the external transport line, where we waited for her colleague to advise our transport was booked via Virgin. So we walked all the way back again, with our luggage. Compared to other meet and greet experiences, where we have received a quicker service, this particular fast track was anything but.

We were directed, after entering the airport from the plane, where to go. We had a separate line which fast tracked us to a customs agent. The guides found us while we were waiting for our luggage and escorted us to were our transportation was located. Not sure it was worth the money though as there was not a long line at customs.

At first I wondered if it was worth purchasing this, IT DEFINITELY WAS. Our guide was waiting with a sign with pur name as promised. They took us to a priority line, the regular line was long. We did end up at baggage claim with others we traveled with, but we taken to our waiting van and were at resort unpacking by the time our friends got there.

Vital experience and made better by really caring staff

Simply amazing. You do need this as the queues are long and you just zip through on this. I stupidly misplaced my phone on the plane and only realised at immigration. The wonderful Kenyon I think his name went out of his way to find it for me I thought it was lost and he saved our holiday! Many thanks and 5stars all round, everyone was lovely there. Highly recommended
