All you have done was because you booked ATV Rental and would not like to spend extra money for a UTV, and you then proceeded to exploit us by demanding a free upgrade. We apologize for being 10 minutes late due to traffic, which was out of our control. Despite this delay, we still gave you an extra 20 minutes of rental time.
When we delivered the vehicle, you began to make unnecessary complaints about it, but we prioritized the guest's comfort; the delivery agency was sent twice to you just to tell you that the vehicle we have given you is a brand new vehicle and perfect and doesn't have any fault.
I wonder since when ATVs started coming with steering. As far as I know, they come with handlebars and don't require shifting gears.
Things don't end there; you were booked for 8 Hours and were supposed to return the vehicle by 6.00 pm. After adding 20 minutes extra, the vehicle should be returned by 6.20 pm. But you returned the vehicle at 7.00 pm.
Let me know if this was good on your part. 6.00 pm is our office closing time, and you returned the vehicle at 7.00 pm, and for that, we didn't charge you extra. Now by posting this review, you are playing the role of victim and blaming the company for your worst experience.
