For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

My experience was not good at all.

The experience with this company was not good. I had a party of 11 and 2 of the passengers (which were my daughter and son n law)flight got delayed by an hour so I asked the driver could he wait for her. He said he had to call supervisor and the one that was holding sign with my name on it just looked as if she didn’t care. So we had to leave them. While we are headed to the resort my daughter called to say she was at the airport mind you we had left maybe 20 minutes ago. I understand everyone has rules but I have worked in customer service before and I know exceptions can happen if you wanna have a great business. I was very disappointed in this company because I feel as though they didn’t have any type of compassion at all. Also they said they couldn’t give me a refund. So I would never use this company if and when I return to Aruba. So I hope this review help anyone who thinks about using them.

Unfortunately, the reservation that was received for 9 passengers did not contain any information stating that your group was arriving in different flights. Had we known, we would have tracked both flights and accommodated a later pickup for the entire group. Regarding the refund, please understand that on-site changes are non-refundable as they involve immediate adjustments to our services. We regret any misunderstanding and appreciate your feedback, which helps us improve our services. Airport transfer

We were traveling with a large party and we had 1 child and 2 babies with us. They had 3 car seats already installed when were brought to our bus. Everyone was polite and accommodating. On our drive to our hotel the driver asked if we had any questions about the island, restaurant recommendations and highlighted activities that we might be interested in. We were very satisfied with our experience and would definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.
