Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Landing in Aruba airport on time secured out luggage walked out into the lobby. No one was there thankfully other chauffeurs helped us define the girl that was supposed to be standing there. The driver was a half a block away and his car we basically stood in the lobby of the airport for close to 20 minutes while everyone else was getting in their cars and leaving driver finally came in and then we had to walk almost a block to the car. Very disappointing and not the way we wanted to start a vacation if anything a refund should be administered.

Upon further investigation we were able to confirm that it was our staff error and issued a full refund for your booking for the inconvenience of not finding the dispatcher holding a sign with your name upon arrival. As for the walk to the car, this is the designated area that the Aruba Airport assigns to us, for which we have no control over. We do apologize for the not so great experience upon your arrival on the island.
