For our VIP Departure service, we will be sure to meet you at the check-in line of your respective Airline. Our host will always wait for you with a tablet with our guests’ last names on it. We will be recognized in a black suit uniform with a purple scarf or tie.

What To Expect

Meet your VIP host directly at the airport check-in counter dressed in a black suit with a purple scarf or tie and holding a tablet with your last name written on it. You’ll be accompanied through fast-track check-in, boarding pass control, immigration, and two security checkpoints (note that US Customs does not allow fast-track service).

Your host will also assist you with any bags you may have with you and offer information regarding your departure as you move through the airport. Afterwards, your host will take you to the VIP lounge where you can relax and enjoy free drinks and snacks until it’s time to head to your gate for boarding.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Rich persons' perk doesn't sit well

True there are a lot of lines and it sounds like weekends are worse, but the cost is absurdly high and it amounts to you, rich person, paying to jump the queue, exasperating and further delaying everyone else. Airport operations could definitely be streamlined. - other things in Aruba work well. Someone is making big money off airport departure mismanagement. And don't do it for the lounge access, which has very limited food and a racist manager.

Worth it! Typical wait times are 1 1/2 hours to 2 on week days, 3 to 4 hours on weekends. This breezes you through in 30 to 40 min, most of which is just walking. I was a little worried about wait time at us customs as they note they can’t go thru with you which is true but they still put you in the super quick line and it takes about 5 min. It is super expensive for what it’s worth but traveling with kids, I wouldn’t do it without it!

This service is a huge timesaver. We plan to use again on our next trip to Aruba. The representative was friendly and knowledgeable. The only disappointment was the VIP lounge was crowded and their was no available seating so we sat in the terminal.. I think there is an opportunity to add a bigger, more premium lounge in this airport.

Awesome service. Our hostess was Jely. She did an excellent job of explaining everything to us and got us through security and immigration so smoothly and quickly. Our first flight out got cancelled as we were sitting on the plane so we had to come back the next day and go through everything again. Without hesitation we used this service the second time and was fortunate enough to have Jely as our hostess again. Would use this service every time!

Clarivel met us at the Jet Blue terminal - 4 of us were signed up with her and the 3rd couple had an issue (changed to an earlier flight with us but viator was scheduled for later).Clarivel jumped right into action and straightened out that couples viator host quickly and efficiently. She was so friendly and professional. The couple that was under our reservation had never done viator and were completely impressed with how easy we went through the lines and got to our gate and the VIP lounge. The Saturday that we travel was absolute chaos and we breezed through with zero issues thanks to this wonderful service.
