Our driver was awaiting us at the Auckland airport. As the drive is rather long since we went to our waterfront hotel, the driver gave us an impromptu tour. Very knowledgeable and entertaining. I recommend highly.

Timely and Quick Trip from Airport to Hotel!

Our driver was very patient with us as we entered into our first vehicle in a country where :driving on the left" is the standard. We had a short turnaround from the arrival of our direct flight via Air New Zealand from Chicago to the start of an introductory city tour or Auckland. The driver adhered to all of the driving laws and dropped us off at our hotel with time to spare! THANKS!

Isreal had hot coffee waiting for me when I got in his car at the Auckland airport at 7am after a 12 hour flight from LA. It was just what I needed. He was very knowledgeable and nice and it was a great way to end an exhausting journey.

We were charged even though our flight was delayed by 24 hours and I texted the Airport transfer operator as soon as I knew the revised ETA.

Hi there, I apologize for your unconfident situation. However, You can change the date before our driver going to the airport. Once our driver went to the airport, it should be charged. Our operator was contacted you at the airport, but there was no answer, so we had to charge as it was No-Show.
