Thanks to Abraham and Sebastian we had a wonderful day sailing on the lagoon and enjoyed a beautiful sunset. They were both very informative, accommodating and just plain old fun! This adventure was one of the highlights of our trip. We gained a lot of knowledge about Bacalar and the surrounding area and had a great time! Thank you again!

Fernando was the best captain we have had on any boat tours. He speaks excellent English and was very informative & educational. A very personable gent as well. We visited all the important parts of the lagoon and was able to swim & frolic several different times over the time of the tour.

Capitán Hugo was the BEST! He was so warm and welcoming, and very accommodating. He stopped several times to let us swim, was very informative on all the important landmarks on the lagoon and was genuinely interested in making sure we had a good time. Would highly recommend this tour and be sure to ask for Capitán Hugo!

We had a great tour. Our tour guide Danny was awesome. He was very informative and enthusiastic. The food and drinks were lovely and a bonus. Danny took us through the bluest clearest most perfect water where we could all swim. We loved this tour. Highly recommended this tour.

Captain José was the best captain! We had the most amazing time, definitely the best thing we did in Bacalar. The snacks and drinks were delicious and the things we saw and places we swam were all so beautiful!

The boat tour of the lagoon was so beautiful and the swimming was unbelievably lush. The different colours were really extraordinary! Our captain Jose was amazing, he had a lovely happy energy that really to our enjoyment of the tour.

We enjoyed out boat trip very much. Once we got to the location, everyone was welcomed professionally, were checked in and received a color coded ticket so we knew which boats to board.
Our guide Jose’s English wasn’t the best (Spanglish as he called it) but was very cheery and enthusiastic, and really tried to convey the information about the lake while boating us around which resulted in some hilarious moments. The drinks were nice and cool, with various options to choose from.
One star deducted due to not being available to contact them prior to the booking. When I called that morning with questions, the person answering hung up in my ear without a word and didn’t pick up after and they never responded to my WhatsApp message.
