Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

The experience was amazing and all thanks to the best tour guy we had ever have, Kelvin! We had take around 18 tours in the last 4 years and this was amazing. Is not just about to take us the beautiful destinations is about that he take us to best spots and also make the trip very funny. This guy should be the manager of the company! Guide, Lee, needs coaching on customer service. While pleasant enough, did not need to hear his life story or complaints about his job. Van was difficult to get in and out of. Should have had step stool for ladies and shorter men like me. My wife stained a leg muscle getting in and out. Lee should have been more knowledgeable of the area. Could not answer all questions asked of him about the parks. I tipped him, but he did not necessarily earn it.

Overall our tour was perfect with full satisfaction specially thanks to our tour guide MS Simon for his guidance and behavior Suggestion. Time for lunch to reduce from 1.5 hrs to 45 minutes and increase on lake Moraine and Emerald.

Good driving. Bus was old. No storage place. No wi fi. No charging power stations. Driver had a very heavy accent hence were missing out on the narration

Packed a lot in on the day and was lucky with the weather so everything looked great! Climbing up to get the views at Moraine Lake is a must and you might just fit walking to the end of Lake Louise if you start the minute you arrive. All in all a very enjoyable if long day.

I am local to Calgary. I booked this trip because Banff recently made Lake Louise and Morraine lake only accessible by shuttle buses or tours. This tour was a full day visiting some of the most beautiful lakes in the world. Eventhough I was solo, I met many others on the tour. This was a great way to get out of the city and see some amazing nature. Highly recommend.
